I am giving a 5-star review because I believe this company has done its research and has provided one of the best products on the market. They stand by their refund policy. I did return my mind because it just was not what I was looking for, but I do believe this is a superior product compared to others.
USPS Mislead Shipping Time After Paying For Expedited
I really appreciated living up to your word on getting me this product when I needed it. Although I expected it to come from Malibu, CA to WA (short distance), I was shocked when USPS tracking showed it was coming from Indiana to WA, and told me it would arrive in 5 days vs. the 2-3 day shipping I paid for. This was the only kink that gave me anxiety. USPS classified this package as first class vs. expedited, in spite of what it actually was. Due to my conditions & being forced to sit in a classroom for 8 hrs a day w/o moving, this was a big deal. I understand that Harrelson’s Own has no hands in the shipping pipeline, but this is a big issue that may be affecting your clients that pay a lot for expedited shipping. You may want to reach out to your shipping partner and ask why this is happening. I was upset that I paid so much for expedited shipping and was going to receive standard first class from Indiana vs. California (would’ve arrived on time if it was shipped first class). However, I was finally relieved when it arrived in the nick of time.

Why can't I just order products without creating a subscription? I don't like the fact that the Harrelston family is going to keep my credit card and charge me at will and I have to call them to cancel..... Nope I am moving on without trying their products..... pity!

I talked to a representative about my most recent order. I was sent a text that said today only 10% off and free shipping. It didn’t say it had to be an auto ship. So I questioned you guys about it and you agreed to giving me free shipping. But my credit card shows a $99.97 charge. The paperwork that came with my shipment says total was $89.97. So are you going to credit my card $10.00 or is this the last time I do business with you? I don’t like being told something and no one follows through. I don’t do business with companies like that.

I like the product, but dislike the company.
I find that the roll on pain reliever is a fantastic product. I have arthritis in my shoulder and when it acts up, the roll on CBD gives immediate relief for hours.
My reason for one star is if you order and create a subscription, you can't pause or change your subscription yourself. You have to contact the customer service department directly in order to pause or make changes. In my opinion, this is an unnecessary step to making changes. I have subscriptions with several businesses and I am able to be in control 100%. I may quit using their products because of this.

I think it helped out a lil but…
I think it helped out a lil but unfortunately it didn't take away much of my pain. I have a frozen shoulder and have to go to physical therapy 2 times a week. I was hoping it would be like the other cbd cream I had gotten before but this one was cheaper so I thought I'd try it and it's not as strong as the other one. I will continue to use it since I have it but I think I will buy the other one next time.
