I would give this company zero stars if possible. It clearly is a scam, like other reviewers have mentioned. I purchased a dress, supposedly coming from The Netherlands. What arrived was of such poor quality I contacted them immediately. I was told to send photos, which I did, and was told they hardly ever had any issues but I would return it at my own expense (to a Chinese address!) and they would offer me a ten per cent refund. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I can’t really even give it one star. I ordered a “sweater” from this shop, if you can call it a sweater.
Looks nothing like the picture, smells like plastic, just awful. Try to return, and it says all returns go to Asia for $20-40, so of course you won’t even bother to do that for a $59 sweater. Live and learn. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. And this store/company is so not based in Charleston, SC

0-stars! SCAM! AVOID COMPANY! Reviews on the websites are fake, do not take them into account at all. Also, according to other people they are posing under slightly different company names now. They stated they were closing due to retirement, this clearly isn't true either.The company makes out they're well-more, orthopedic shoes, made in UK- all of this is wrong. They're made in China, so don't be misled. I stupidly bought two pairs without doing my usual thorough checks for validity of site, as I was hopeful they would help foot pain. One broke as soon as I tried it on, literally broke haha, the other was the worst looking (and wrong colour, but the colour wouldn't make it look any better made so it's irrelevant), worst made pair of trainers I've ever come across. Obviously not orthopedic, they had seams badly sewn, bits hanging off...they make Primark and Shein rubbish look like designer stuff.
I made a complaint immediately, stating they were not only broken and the wrong colour, but also the worst made shoes I've ever seen. They refused to pay for shipping, though I originally saw on the website that they stated a full refund(they fought this too). They wouldn't budge on the shipping and I tried to return them but the warehouse clearly doesn't exist as I got return to sender!
Save yourself the money and the hassle, you won't get wearable shoes from this terrible hoax of a company. Avoid avoid avoid.

I ordered a sweater from the website and was totally duped. The quality is so, so bad. Uneven trim, uncomfortable material and no tag to even know which way is front or back. And, on the website their contact information is in China so a complete scam. It should be illegal to have a story as a "USA-owned family business".

I have never received what I ordered from them. And have found no way to contact the company.

this company sells dresses that are cheap and not sized right. The dress that I bought does not look anything like the dress that I got in the mail. I will never order from them again and I advise everyone else not to. It’s not even an American company.

A complete rip off. Sizing completely incorrect and no customer service to return goods . Not a UK COMPANY.

A scam. Advertised as a UK shop having a retirement sale but is actually sending cheap items from China. When I asked them to return the items I was offered a 10% refund for my initial order otherwise I'll have to pay £30 return shipping.
Sadly there was no option to pay via Pay Pal and now I'm having to ask for it from my credit card issuer.

A scam . If they are closing down why offer 10% off your first order . The sizing is wrong and shipped straight from China . Cost a fortune to return , cheap and nasty

Did my research beforehand but didn’t dig deep enough. Quality of product is so bad it’s almost comical.
Will cost the same amount I paid, to return. Disappointed in myself as I don’t ever make mistakes like this!!

I ordered two dresses and they are terrible. Very cheap material and overall simply not the same as illustrated. I've emailed three times and have had no replies. Very unsatisfactory. I don't think there is such a boutique. It's a big scam

Avoid, avoid, avoid. I wish I'd looked at Trust Pilot before placing an order. The top I've bought is very poor quality and it looks nothing like the sales photo. Now that I've read the reviews, I think there is very little chance of a refund. The product is awful, really cheap, horrible material even the packaging is dreadful.

Please beware, this is company is well dodgy! I ordered a pair of shoes, which took two weeks to arrive.
The parcel came via Evri and the shoes were the wrong size and colour.

I’ve asked them to send me a link for a return and my money back.

They said keep the shoes and they will refund 15% of the purchase price.
Ive written back to them, asking why would I keep a pair of shoes that are the wrong colour and not my size!!

They said it would cost me £30 to return them. I’ve argued that they were delivered by Evri.

The shop states it’s in Manchester, so why £30 to return.

It’s a scam and I will contact my credit card company.

Very disappointed

Beware this company! Very misleading website which says it is Manchester- based. Its reviews on its website must be false as written too well. Sadly I realised this too late and am still waiting for 2 blouses to arrive.

Blouses finally arrived but at least 2 sizes too small. I then started a lengthy email correspondence & finally decided to pay £20 to return them as I would get nearly £50 back. I sent them International Tracked mail so know they arrived although were stuck in Chinese customs. Harpers Boutique confirmed they had arrived & would be issuing a full refund. Weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund & my emails are not being answered.

Essentially a £70 scam!

I ordered a dress two weeks ago. It arrived today. Different from the pictures, no underlayer as shown. Looks more like a nightcam then like a dress. And it costs £40 but looks like £5 dress. I absolutely do NOT recommend.

Very misleading website, states returns are accepted, no address nor telephone number on the website and right at the very bottom "ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE." I want to return all the items as the quality is dreadful, very poor fabric so emailed the general email address, twice - no response! This store should be reported to the consumers rights, no response, returning items to Asia will cost a fortune and I doubt no refund will ever appear, looks like I am stuck with very thin, poorly made clothing. Not sure a boutique should have a website without a mailing address or contact phone number. AVOID.

I agree with the last review. This company and companies like it were investigated by the BBC. I bought two blouses. The material was so poor and instead of an XL I doubt it was a size 10. Totally useless. I have asked for my money back but I won't be holding my breath.
