Avoid like the plague

Totally disorganised, misleading quotations and unreliable. They contacted us initially to say that they had sold the carpet we had ordered for the bedrooms to another customer. They then informed us that the price quoted didn't include any fitting and requested the day prior to fitting that we pay the carpet fitters cash.
After all that there was so much disharmony between everybody involved we cancelled the rest of the contract and went elsewhere and would advise any prospective customers to look for an alternative to Harper & Pye.
