Harper & Neyer offers very good quality products, and the delivery time was excellent. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because the customer service is disappointing. Every time I need to get in touch, the process is complicated, and it’s very difficult to get a clear or satisfactory response. The products are great, but the after-sales support really needs to improve.
