However, the subscription is a bit pricey considering the content, which often repeats after a few months. It's a decent choice for beginners to mindfulness and self-care but might not offer enough depth for those who are more experienced.

I signed up for an online nutrition counseling service to help manage my dietary needs, and it's been an excellent experience. The dietitian assigned to me us very knowledgeable and approachable. She provided a personalized meal plan that fits my lifestyle and preferences, complete with recipes and shopping lists.
