Money-back guarantee unclaimable
I recently signed up for the online course and paid the fee. The course appeared to be of good quality but I was not able to make much progress. Harmonica Revolution offered a 30 day money-back guarantee. Within the 30 days I tried to notify the company that I was not progressing and wanted to cancel my membership and I requested a refund of the fee. However, my emails to the company were returned undeliverable. Email is the only means of communication with the company noted on its website.
Next day:
The day following the posting of the above review, I received an email from Harmonica Revolution to advise me that the money has been repaid through PayPal and would be in my bank account in a day or so.
