AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I never write reviews like these but Harlow Manchester I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.
I placed an order for a coat (order #1543) over a month ago and still have nothing to show for it, no coat, no refund, and barely any meaningful communication.
First, the parcel was lost by their courier Evri. I had to do the legwork myself, contact Evri, get confirmation that the parcel was lost, and then chase Harlow Manchester for a solution. Only after I followed up did they finally acknowledge the issue and offer a replacement.
Sophie confirmed a free replacement coat would be sent “as quickly as possible” and that I would receive tracking details once dispatched. That was never provided. Nearly two weeks later, there was still no tracking, no update, nothing – just silence.
Given the ongoing delays and lack of communication, I clearly stated that I no longer wanted the replacement and requested a full refund. I sent multiple follow-up emails asking them to cancel the order and process my refund, and again received no response.
Both Sophie and Claire were completely unhelpful in resolving the situation. The tone of the emails was polite, but the actions did not match – no urgency, no proactive updates, and no ownership of the problem. I have had to chase them at every step and am now at the point of disputing the transaction with my bank just to get my money back.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If you value your time, money and sanity, avoid this company. I would give 0 stars if I could.
