I Wont Be Coming Back
I paid £81 for a mans shirt, for my Godsons Birthday. Got an email after some time waiting to say out for delivery, so waited in all day for it. I could see DHL were now at a street less than a 5 minute drive away. Then got a notification to say they dropped it off at a shop (down the street they were at) as I wasnt in. They didnt even come here!. Then I got a notification to go to the shop with ID and code sent to me on my phone. I go there and its all closed up. They were meant to be open for another 2 hours. I ring the number for them on their website, it said this number is no longer in use. Later on I get a text saying use this pin to get my parcel from a DHL locker. What locker?, where?. Im totally confused. I ring Harley Davidson and its not in English, then you have to wait and press the number for your language. I do that and no one ever picks up, so I go to their website customer service. Live chat is a robot that understands nothing. Only other choice was email and they get back to you with 24 to 48 hours. If I dont pick up my parcel within 7 days it gets returned. Its now the Easter break, and even if my parcel is at the shop, time they open its too late as they dont open weekend either. Terrible customer Service all round, and for the price I paid for one shirt I expect my parcel to be delivered and not now running around to no avail.
Also what was underhand is if you werent in you had an option with DHL to change the date for delivery to your address, or a pick up point of shop or locker near you. I wasnt given any option. Was told its at the shop, plus I was in so they lied. They never even came to my address, and I could not miss it as I live in a flat and you have to buzz up and the buzzer is very very loud. But the map showed where they were at and never came here.

My experience with L A Harley Davidson,
I recently purchased a RH975 Nightster S. In the 1st monthi had to have the starter switch replaced do to the bike cutting out while riding, not good while in traffic, the electrical seems a little inferior.
I had my 2500 mile service done which was a financial heart attack, needless to say they wont be doing the 5000 mile oil change and simple adjustments, just the oil change to go is 150 dollars.
The bike was just over 13000, but with all the fees tax and warranty plus life time battery replacement that was no only wanted or needed the total cost was almost 19000, and the paperwork should list the bikes options, which it doesn't, ive got switches that do nothing, and when I looked for a made in America tag I found a made in Thailand instead, just a bit underwhelmed with the experience and cost.
So, if your not filthy rich, you my want to purchase something else
The worst customer service company i have dealt with in 57 years
I am 57 years old and have never in my life had such horrible and utterly ridiculous customer service by ANY company as I have with Harley Davidson. There is literally no way to speak to anyone at this company. I have called the custom service line 20 times and I get an individual most of the time and can not speak English and just gives a response like "just wait" or "this will be expedited" and after being told this 7 times and nothing happening I asked if the agent knew the definition and she did not. She literally stated that is what we tell customers that are waiting for an item. My order was a Christmas gift I ordered 12/1 and it never made it and ruined Christmas. I never made it out of the warehouse door according to tracking. I have emailed the company 6 times with no response at all! When I ask to speak to management/supervisor I am told they are not there today or they are in a meeting. I have called my local store hoping they could connect me with someone that could help and they say that they only have the customer service number that I have called 20 times. I finally had one agent send me an email stating that the item I ordered was lost in transit and I would be getting a refund in 10 days. That was on 1/16/26. I called back on 2/9 stating this didn't happen. Then I was told this will be" expedited" now and I would receive a refund in 1-5 days! It is now 2/19/26 and no refund. So I have been paying interest on my credit card since 12/1 when I ordered the $160 item. My husband owns a Harley. We buy harley items for the local dealer. But no more. Over my dead body will he buy another Harley Davidson product! We have a boat, four wheelers, side by side and one other motorcycle. There is something going terribly wrong in this country of ours. I am sure harley out sources their customer service and i hope they are getting off cheap doing that because I have literally told EVERY SINGLE MOTORCYCLE lover we know about what this company has become. I will never stop telling the story. I will write a letter to corporate trying to get them to know what exactly is going on in their rude incompetent fraudulent customer service company but wanted society to know this information to and I hope it hits them in their pocket book. Please I beg you to fire this customer service company they are scam artists and we can not let this go on in this country!!!!

I have bought four bikes from Harley never missed a payment always on time even during covid I didn't take their offer of the deferring payments
Today I called to see if I could defer a payment for one month due to weather conditions affecting work after a 15 minute hold I was told I cannot because I recently traded in and got a new one number four and I have to have nine consecutive payments But realize I have been making payments since 2012 even asked if we could go to hardship way she told me I qualify for everything except I need two more payments to qualify for putting off one month are you kidding me again this is my fourth bike been making payments since 2012 it's just Blows me away how this company will not work with you when you've been a loyal customer and a reliable customer
So just keep in mind when you go to the dealer and you hand you that paperwork this is the company you're going to have to deal with for the next few years they don't give two s**** you can also go to an off dealer get a new used bike probably a little cheaper and go through a different Finance Company just beware stay away from Harley-Davidson financial they don't care about their customers there's nothing biker about them

I purchased a speedometer sold as NEW from Peterson Harley-Davidson North (Miami), but received a USED unit.
The speedometer was already paired with another motorcycle, does not accept my VIN, displays “VIN ERR,” and shows about 3,900 miles of prior use. This made the product completely unusable.
A professional Harley-Davidson mechanic confirmed the issue is not installation-related — the unit had clearly been previously activated.
I paid full price for a new product and received a used one. The dealership’s attempted solution did not resolve the problem, and I am still without the product I paid for.
Very disappointing experience. I am now escalating this issue to Harley-Davidson corporate and consumer protection channels.
Selling used products as new is unacceptable and misleading.
Stay away from Harley better options
I have bought my last Harley and will selling everything HD. I bought a 2025 Road glide CVO. In September road till the beginning of November and put into storage. Got it out of storage and took to a what thought to be a good dealer. To get a thousand mile service before I went to Bike Week in Daytona. When I got to the dealer the bike wouldn’t start, turns out they think it’s a bad BCM. And it’s not covered under warranty 750 miles and 6 months old. $50,000 bike and HD wants to ruin a relationship over $800. Bad management!!

Warning! This thing needs a no star button! I’m back with another review! Oh noooo! Do not buy from Harley Davidson! I have been a customer for years. Paid every penny on time accept for when I had surgery. I was late 3 times in 4 years. So I would never be late again I paid over 10,000.00 and paid it off in full. I called today and asked if they would remove the 3 late payments because my bike is paid in full and they said no. They don’t value me as a customer. I paid diligently but they don’t care about their customers who worked hard to make them who they are. How much would it have hurt them to remove 3 late payment inquiries from my credit? I wasn’t asking for anything they had to pay for. Go somewhere else, or big company will crush you too.

So my wife bought £250 worth of HD apparel for my Xmas. That’s 2 shirts by the way.
She bought them online late Nov as to not disappoint me for Xmas.
Both large in size one fit one didn’t. We went to Harley Davidson Guildford to exchange it who basically told us to jog on as they don’t swap apparel.
They to be told that they won’t exchange online as we should’ve read the returns policy before buying from them!
Now having spent around 300k on bikes over the years and adoring the brand, this experience has left a sour taste in our mouths.
Harley Davidson you need to do better! This is the poorest in customer service, both instore and online.

22,000 is all I got out of a brand new Harley davidson
My brand new Harley Davidson motorcycle I paid for full upgrades ran 22,000 and blew up! It's my only transportation. I'm getting a full "run around" by everyone I talk to about it. It took it back to the dealer for repairs. They did nothing to resolve the engine noise. They told me it's supposed to sound like that. They told me it's supposed to have a really bad ticking noise. I rode the bike. It blew up. Harley Davidson is not going to fix it because it was a short time out of warranty. I took it to them while it was still under warranty and that's when they said it's supposed to sound like that. Furthermore... I've had everything done to my bike at the dealership, Daytona Harley Davidson. They put a rear tire on my bike. The chain guard fell off. They put an air filter on my bike. It fell off. They aligned my bike and it rides crooked. Basically Harley Davidson is telling me to buy a new bike. I bought this bike because I truly trusted and believed in Harley Davidson. I spent over $30,000 to be able to ride 22,000. The bike is JUNK!

HD leaves you in a lurch
Have had a very disappointing experience with HD bought a used 2022 used Pan America from
HD dealer in NewMarket. UK had 1574 miles on the meter was advertised on Autotrader have done barely 150 miles and it was picked up on Tuesday last week as something ‘big and serious’ has happened to the engine , the bike almost got me killed as it stalled for no reason on a dual carriage way ,I only use it commute from home to Northampton rail station 6 miles away ,the experience has left me shaken and have completely lost confidence in HD products I am 53 years old and have been riding big bore bikes for 21 years now my last one before I stupidly decided to go in for HD was a BMW it’s been a week and have had no contact from HD is this normal practice ?

Would have given 0 stars. Customer Service is the worst online. First of all speak English so we can understand what you’re saying. Second of all I ordered something two days shipping and never received it and keep getting the same answer every time I call. They tell me they will forward it to the management team. They like to take your money, but won’t do anything for you when you don’t receive the item you ordered. Never again will I order from Harley Davidson. Your customer service sucks.

I regret to share my extremely negative experience with Roadrunner Harley-Davidson. The dealership's handling of paperwork, particularly concerning warranty and maintenance contracts, was riddled with errors, causing significant frustration and stress. These issues arose even after the original motorcycle, deemed unsafe by the manufacturer, had to be returned to the factory due to unresolved safety concerns, which nearly resulted in a fatal accident.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the dealership's service department, management, and sales team, given the serious consequences of their repeated failures. Specifically, the new 2025 model, which replaced my original bike, was delivered without the warranty and service contract I had purchased. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership, as their repeated incompetence has become abundantly clear. I will be the 1st to admit I am fool for giving them so many opportunities to make things rite .
Warning: Harley-Davidson Gift Cards May Not Work Online
I purchased Harley-Davidson gift cards from Target.com (with 5% off using RedCard). When I tried to place an order on Harley-Davidson.com, the gift card balance applied correctly. But after clicking “Place Order,” the site gave an error saying something was wrong with the payment and asked me to try again later.
When I retried, the website said my gift card was invalid. I called customer service, and they told me the balance had been taken by the first failed transaction. Now I have to wait for the money to come back.
This is extremely frustrating. Why would the system allow me to apply the gift card if the order couldn’t be processed in the first place? Customer service admitted it was related to the website settings and said there was nothing they could do. Even worse, they said they cannot refund me directly even though I can’t place an order online.
This is ridiculous—customers should not lose access to their money because of Harley-Davidson’s website issues.
Premium Price, Poor Service
After months of problems with Harley-Davidson and my local dealership, I feel I have no choice but to share my experience publicly.
I purchased a Muscle 2016 Harley-Davidson from my local dealership in England.
I have since then moved to the Algarve and was recommended to Harley Davidson on the N125 this is when things started to go very wrong.
Since then, I’ve experienced key issues: mechanical faults, poor service, delays, unnecessary costs.
Despite repeated attempts to resolve this through the Algarve dealership, Harley-Davidson, and even by filing BRIC reports, the problems remain unresolved.
These issues have cost me in excess of 12,000e in repairs, lost time, financial losses.
This isn’t just about inconvenience — it’s about Harley-Davidson failing to take responsibility for their customers and their product.
I’ve sent formal letters to Harley-Davidson’s Managing Director and the dealership, but I believe others should be aware of how badly this has been handled.
Harley-Davidson: I’m asking you to step up, acknowledge these failures, and provide a fair resolution.

I went to look at the used inventory and found something I really liked and decided to buy it! NEVER TRADE Your OLD BIKE TO THEM BECAUSE THEY LIE AND SCREW U OUT OF WHAT YOUR BIKE IS WORTH AND BEHIND YOUR BACK WHILE SIGNING THE PAPERS FOR THE NEW USED BIKE THE DEALERSHIP WENT TO COLLECT MY BIKE FROM MY HOUSE AND DROPOFF THE NEW ONE BEHIND MY BACK NOT TELL ME WHAT THEY WAS DOING And THOUGHT THAT WAS OKAY IM SO OUTRAGED AND PISSED BECAUSE I HAD IMPORTANT stuff IN MY SADDLEBAGS LIKE 300$ in cash that is now gone never to be seen again and that’s why I was so outraged for the stuff they did! Then in the paperwork there’s a 1500$ charge for the certificate of the used bike and for the amount spent to get the bike ready! Pissed off and enraged my mechanic looked the new used bike over and so many things was wrong with the new bike it simply COMMITTED fraud and charging me for 1500$ to get the bike ready to be sold/ well NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING WAS DONE TO THE NEW USED BIKE I JUST BOUGHT, THE OIL THAT IN THE NEW BIKE WAS SO BLACK ITS BEEN YEARS 4/5 that the oil was changed the last time, bad spark plugs that are really bad and rusted need replaced and the air filter bad and need replaced none of any that was taken care of before bringing to my house and dropping it off without even telling me that’s what they did, but charged for 1500$ for the getting ready of the bike to be delivered, it A BIG FAT LIE NOTHING WAS DONE ARE U SERIOUSLY SCREWING ME AND BEING PROUD OF IT AND CHARGING ME MONEY FOR WHAT WASNT DONE! I’m so outraged I’m hoping this will be seen and save someone else from being scammed FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! This bike was sitting outside the dealership to be looked at and nothing else for how long guessing years and I mean nothing was done to the bike before it was carted to my house dropped off and not even inspected to make sure it was safe! I’m a disabled veteran and they didn’t care if I died on this bike that clearly wasn’t inspected and made safe before selling it, disgusting and outrageous! When they came to take the bike they had no claim to and didn’t tell me they was going to my home to take it from there behind my back was the thing that made the most angry how do u do that to someone that my property and not yours and the money was stolen from my saddlebag due to there failure to inform me what they did! Everything that could go wrong did go wrong and I’m hoping to save someone else to fraud I’ve endured I’m still shocked about what was done to me and the lies I was told and charged 1500 for something that wasn’t even done to the bike! It didn’t even get a wash before it was dropped off at my house, no oil change no new spark plugs no new air filter nothing done to the bike ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND CHARGED 1500 for them doing NOTHING THATS LIES AND FRAUD AND THEN HAVING MY MONEY STOLEN FROM MY BAGS
