My car got picked up from my place of work at 9.30 on Wednesday. The work was done within a week ( a weekend and bank holiday inbetween). My car was delivered back to my home address on a low loader the following Friday. Absolutely perfect. They even washed the whole car. Looks brand new. Perfect. A massive shoutout to Nish who delivered my car. Lovely friendly chap, curteous and polite. 5 star service
The owner was not pushy, very knowledgeable and friendly. Bought an Astra from him at a decent price and in great condition with a 3 month warranty. Would recommend this garage to anyone looking to buy a pre-owned car.
What a complete joke ! Car was taken in after 3rd party accident 28th February 2024..was told I'd have it back on the 8th March..had message on the 8th saying been delayed can have it back on the 9th another message been delayed can have it back on 11th ..great no message so called them just to make sure as this was now 3days lost in work due to booking day to collect ! (We'll call you back to confirm ) not even a message it's now the 12th and have no idea when I'll get it back!!! Worst service ever
Not that great had to send the car back once already and it’s still pending further intervention!
Reception Staff efficient, professional and friendly. Phoned back quickly to book my car in, offered a curtesy car.
The car was booked in quickly and was ready in only 3 days.
The work was excellent and the car was cleaned for me.
My beautiful Mercedes was involved in an accident with a very large 4x4 which hit it while it was parked. There was considerable damage to the rear drivers side from the window to the sill. I wanted it to be dealt with by Mercedes, however the insurance company persuaded me to give Harlequin a try.They picked up and returned the car on a low loader, the staff were friendly and helpful, but most importantly the quality of their work is superb! I am absolutely thrilled with the finished result, you would never know it had been damaged. Well done Harlequin and thank you.

Took my partners car in for a basic repair. We were told a week initially by the ameteur customer services. After pathetic excuses galore from dim 'customer service advisor' we evetually got it back 3 weeks later.
The initial issue obviously wasn't repaired properly & quickly redeveloped.
Took to a more reputable garage and they fixed the issue properly in 3 days.
