Don't trust this brand

Not a bad product, but very bad customer service. They reduced 1/3 the size of their products without informing on their site, and keeping almost the same price as before. The surprise came when I received the products at home. After reaching out, they replied with excuses and not offering to compensate for this.

Also, I tried twice to leave a review on their site, but those reviews were blocked. So it's clear they censor bad reviews. Really disappointed with a brand that could be good if they would take better care of their customers.
