They seriously are not worth playing with anymore they hyped it up at first now it’s just a trap to hand over money while you lose they win, odds are garbage some games leave you where you left off some reset the bonuses. All a trap I won’t ever spend another dollar gambling they seriously took the fun out of everything it’s all about money these days save it and invest in yourself not these cons

Hey guys be careful, This casino app scams you and when you report it to their help team they pretty much say to screw off.

Thieves. They literally stole a $100 deposit. It came out of my bank but somehow doesn't exist in their "system". Their "customer support" is AI chatbots and fuckheads. How is it possible that this band of criminals is the only people that are allowed to have legalized gambling in FL?

Literally the worst betting app in the world. They constantly screw me on my bets and dont honor there own rules... they refused to pay me 1000s of dollars and are theifs..

These people are total scum bags. They will let you deposit with Chime but can't withdrawal. They have no answer why and don't forget about mystery fees that show up on your bank statements.

Bait and switch. The first week or so that you are playing you will win pretty regularly...I mean a small or large bonus on pretty much every game that you play. Then...they tighten up the odds and it is literally impossible to win anything. It is one thing to play knowing that you will lose some money but can play a few hours and have some fun. On Hard Rock, you will be only feeding money in without winning at all. If you do get a bonus, the amount is so small that you leave disappointed. Trust me, there are plenty of other gaming sites. Avoid this one.

These slots are the worst I've lost lots of money, it's like they got my account number and just make sure I don't win, you should never be able to play slots online to begin with for money anywhere, how does the State of Florida allow this, somebody's getting paid off. Florida should be allowed to let more sports betting apps be allowed instead of just hard rock it's like a big Monopoly don't waste your money if anything just bet on sports

Anyone that says anything good about Hard Rock Bet works for them posting positive reviews. It's a trap and it's so bad it's like a personal insult and they are laughing all the way to the bank. With your money. I'm talking slots, not sports betting. Beware!

Yeah won yesterday and can't even get a bonus today after him dresses of dollars nothing would pay the same as yesterday and it skipped payments when landed on anything that normally would, paid less today then yesterday with same amount on same game, seems like the same 10 rails keep repeating, been contacting customer service for weeks and no response except a real good guy from the tribe if you complain to him. If you win, it's like you can't bet next day because you won't get anything past 25vebts paying anything decent- was betting 80 cents , got 10 bonus games and it paid 2.40 cents in 10 games, it's sad that it's not even fun - mine as well watch your money get thrown off a bridge

Hard rock bet don’t follow the rules they steal from you.. if a player gets ruled out the game is automatically a bonus bet refund but they don’t refund anything they got some many excuses..

I can see why they get one star customer service -1 contact with human -1 getting the run around really amazing that they are even allowed to take bets online then when someone finally contacted me they had the nerve to offer $100 for posite review Save your money go elsewhere

Hard Rock is one of the biggest licensed thieves there is in the state of Florida. Don't waste your money. They will steal you blind

Terrible customer service, they take 3-4 days to respond to an email, just to ask the same question.

12 days and still nothing has been done.

If i could have put 0 star i would have the games suck, they don't pay, once in a blue moon you get a bonus and they don't pay crap this app is 100 percent not worth playing save your money and time they are a bunch of thiefs.

I am absolutely mortified at how @hardrockbet has done me i deposited 950.00 of my own money from my paycheck at that ,I went to withdrawal that amount as I meant to put 95.00 dollars not 950.00 and they suspended my account and asked for documentation regarding everything bank statements my identification amd a selfie proving who I am now inhave done everything they have asked of me and they still refuse to lift the suspension so I can pull my money from the app ..this is insane ad this money is my mortgage im scared to death of losing everything I own because of hard rock bet and their games they are playing with people's lives ,if there is anyone out there than can possibly guide me what I should in order to actually get my money back ..ive contacted the FCC ,the Seminole tribunal ,and BBB filed complaints with everyone ..I have now escalated the matter and disputed the charges to my bank and shown them the corresponding emails from.hard rock ensuring me this is protocol let us just homd your money until we feel like giving It back ...quite frankly if I ever even see the money again

I work my ass off for every dime I earn I work 60-70 hrs every week to try and get ahead amd for something like this to happen ots detrimental to myself and my family I pray to god something changes 🙏

I have been using hard rock online since it came on line. Very happy with the website. Amazed by the algorithms. I'm very happy with all the bonus bet promotions. I have had two issues, both resolved satisfactorily. can recommend!

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would, Customer Service techs are awful, I’ve submitted a change of address yesterday over 25 hours ago and they can’t get it right, how is it you submit all your paperwork and you can’t place a simple bet, Florida needs other betting options

I love hard rock bet. I know its probably just superstition, but I always seem to win on here. They have one of the best game selections in NJ, awesome bonuses and customer service is top notch.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I won 479 dollars and was told I had to personally show to collect so I drove 2 hours and 15 minutes to brighton florida . I spoke to the Casino manager it was his 1st night they decided to tell me they refuse to pay me and in fact arrested me charged me with 2 misdemeanors and put me on probation charged me 3k in court fees ...absolute horror show and a Con. I'll never gamble with them they are awful hard rock is rock bottom period and facts 💯
