The order took 21 days to be delivered

The order took 21 days to be delivered. I contacted the store two weeks after placing the order, and they informed me that they were waiting for an item because it was backordered, despite it being shown as in stock on their online shop.

I believe their practice is deceptive, as they do not update the availability of products on their website.

After contacting them, it took a few more days to receive a response, and finally, one week later, the other items were dispatched.

Be wary of the stock information on their site.

Ordered two weeks ago but still haven…

Ordered two weeks ago but still haven received any information, I don't even know when the item will be sent...
Update: A few days after writing this review they replied saying that they had a problem, and promised to send it by the end of the day. And then proceeded to quietly cancel my order without even asking.
Very unreliable business

Hardloop did not label my order…

Hardloop did not label my order correctly and it was as therefore rejected/could not be delivered (you omitted my company name eventhough correctly entered as delivery address and confirmed by you - I sent proof to your representative). Because I now had to reorder the avalanche backpack (and you apparently dont offer express delivery for Switzerland), I dont have it on time for my ski touring week and I had to rent a pack for 75 EUR. Your “guide” offered me a 5 EUR discount voucher when i told him about the inconvenience - not a good experience. PS: I ordered the backpack 3 weeks in advance to my tour

Hardloop increased delivery priority

After 3 weeks I still didn't receive the shoes. I wanted to take them for my winterferien.

After I published this comment, Hardloop increased priority with swisspost and I received the shoes before my Sportferien. Thank you very much!

Is funny to see people answering here, but no one answering to my emails, or not even comments here. I tried facebook, instagram.. no answer.
Anyone that knows how can i do a complain to a customer protection entity in Switzerland?

Order missing, no communication

No communication, order missing.

I made an order 18.11.23 and have not heard anything since then (today 06.12.23). I have written multiple support messages the last week without getting answer. I called and spoke with support, who said he would look into it and return to me the same afternoon, but still no answers.

So, I paid, but I have not received my order or any answers from them.

Everything is fine about the delivery…

Everything is fine about the delivery and communication with the help desk.
Only issue, product which was ordered and paid, wasn't available.
Many was sent back quickly.

I haven’t get my order yet

I haven’t get my order yet. Neighter a email or anything about the late delivery. I don’t even know if I will ever get my package which was a backpack and over 150.-.
I am more then angry and upset with the service, communication.
I will neverrrrrr recommend to order on Hardloop! NEVER!!!!

I want my money back!
