Noah Pearlman was excellent in handling my sale throughout. He found a buyer earlier in 2025 and unfortunately, nearing completion, the buyer backed out which was very disappointing. Noah came back on the scene, picked up the pieces and worked tirelessly to find a new buyer and went above and beyond to ensure this completed notwithstanding some last minute demands made by the buyer in the week prior to exchange and completion! I had an outstanding experience working with Daniel Krieger and the team at Harding Green on the sale of my property in the West Hampstead area. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

Anna handled the sale of my flat. She was professional, kind, caring, thoughtful, proactive and everything else you could ever wish for in an estate agent. If only there were more people like her in the profession the process of moving home would not be so stressful . Lack of professionalism

I have agreed to the viewing of a property in Wandsworth with the agent, Andrew. He sent me a postcode for it. When I arrived, he was not there. I contacted him, and he then said to me that I had arrived at the wrong address, even though I had arrived exactly at the postcode he gave me.

Not only did he not apologise for giving me the wrong information, he did not suggest waiting for me or arranging a viewing for another time, but instead he was talking to me quite irritably and stopped responding to me.

Wasted my time on Sunday morning.

I cannot recommend Anna highly enough. If you are considering listing your property, she is diligent, honest, professional, and extremely easy to work with. Anna sold our property at an above market value with several offers to choose from. In a turbulent market Anna was consistently fair with her guidance, supportive and patient with us as we struggled to find an onward property outside of the area. Anna’s USP is dealing with the same one person throughout the entire sales process. From valuation to viewings, through to completion, all queries and communication were with Anna and this is something that we would have struggled with if we had listed with a local branch

We have completed our house purchase today! Having done other purchases before, I can say that we had the absolute best agent that we could ask for, Anna Arden sourced the property and helped throughout the process. She went above and beyond to help getting things moving quickly, she is super responsive and it has been a pleasure to work with her!

Alex Mathew was absolutely fabulous. I engaged her to rent my flat while I was out of the country. She went above and beyond, giving guidance to my builder on ways to make the flat more lettable when she showed the flat to prospective tenants. Within a few days of putting it on the market, I had four offers, including one well above the asking price. Two of the offers were from couples who were willing to pay 12 months rent upfront. That has never happened to me before. I was spoiled for choice and was able to pick the best tenant who suited my desire for an immediate move-in. Alex was a professional all the way through the letting process, liasing with me in the evening because I was in the States. I can't rave enough about Alex.

Marija at Harding Green's back office was very efficient in organizing the referencing and working over the weekend on the contract between me and my tenants. She too pulled out all the stops so my tenants could move in Monday. All in all, a great experience --thanks to Alex and Marija.

It was great working with Anna! She did such a fantastic job at liaising between the two parties as we progressed through the process of selling the flat. She made it easy and stress free. I would recommend working with Anna.

Anna was really helpful from beginning to end, she worked closely with us to ensure all aspects of our rental were covered and kept the process as stress-free as possible. She let our house extremely quickly which really helped us, bearing in mind we were in the middle of moving to another country. We are very happy with the service, support -and the outcome!
