Absolutely Delighted
After researching and viewing Pergolas earlier on in the year we finally found the Newmarket showroom, booked an appointment and met Callum and our new Pergola Lite!..Lovely Showroom, Callum is the most attentive professional Sales person..We were amazed at the quality of the Pergola and ordered immediately..It arrived on the date we requested..very professional delivery guys too,and our builder erected it a week later..We are so pleased..we had concerns as we have a3 storey Townhouse with a very small garden and were worried it would be overbearing..It looks fabulous,changed the whole look of the house and garden and we now have an extra room...Thankyou Harbour couldn't be happier.

Our pergola from Harbour lifestyle and Callum
Our pergola from Harbour Lifestyle came with a few unexpected issues, but the way the team handled everything was outstanding. From the moment we reported the problem, Callum took ownership and made it clear he was personally committed to resolving it. He responded quickly, called when requested, and kept us fully updated throughout.
Thanks to his support, everything was sorted, and our pergola is now installed and looks fantastic — exactly what we hoped for. Despite the initial hiccups, I have complete confidence in Harbour Lifestyle and would happily order from them again. If more companies had employees like Callum, being a customer would be a far easier experience.

Was suppose to deliver my item after 3pm and I was at work and they called me at 11 saying they were going to deliver it and if not in asked if they could put it on my drive no was the answer . Was suppose to call you 30-60 minutes before deliver called me and said they were 5 minutes
Spoke to a manager and she was absolutely rude and said I’m on the verge of cancelling my order and they told me to buy it somewhere else . I have never experienced anything like it very rude , can’t deal with customers complaints then I would say don’t work with the public

We are always happy to do our best to accommodate customers’ individual requirements for deliveries, and in this instance we made every effort to work around your very specific delivery timescales and employment commitments.
On the day of delivery, our team had an unexpected cancellation which meant they were able to attend earlier than originally anticipated. This was done entirely with good intentions and with the aim of providing a positive customer service experience.
Unfortunately, the way in which our team were spoken to was not acceptable. We do not tolerate abusive, threatening or inappropriate language towards our employees, and on this occasion the behaviour was not an isolated incident, with further unacceptable language subsequently directed towards our Operations Manager.
We made numerous attempts to assist and accommodate your requirements. However, as the inappropriate behaviour continued, we ultimately made the decision that we could no longer proceed with the order.
We appreciate that customers may sometimes be frustrated or disappointed, but our employees should always be treated with courtesy and respect, just as we expect our team to treat our loyal customers.
We are sorry that we were unable to complete your order and wish you well with your future arrangements.

Delighted with the Quay Dining Set
I ordered the Quay 6-seater dining set two weeks ago. Unfortunately, one part was missing from the package and another arrived damaged. After an initial delay in resolving the issues, the Customer Service team at Harbour Lifestyle acted quickly and satisfactorily to put everything right. I’m absolutely delighted with the dining set and would particularly like to thank Ian for keeping me updated throughout and ensuring the issue was resolved. Excellent customer service in the end, and I would definitely buy from Harbour Lifestyle again.
