Harbor Property is the best and most professional company around. All its staff treated us so well especially its agent, Kevin who was so kind and hard working and got us a sales price more than we could have hoped for. Kudos to all!

The Harbour Property agency stood with us for the sale of our property. The communication between them and us was brilliant. They informed us at each stage on what is happening.

Very professional assessing the market and all tools including a drone to produce excellent candidates as well as a list of potential clients to circulate immediately on marketing. Kept fully informed on viewings and on feedback from all who viewed or any cancellations.
Managed to negotiate up the sale price to a level hoped for by me from the original offer price. During unnecessary convoluted missives negotiations Charlie and staff were an excellent go between my concerns and the interests of the potential purchaser which resulted at end of the day a completed sale

We chose Harbor after my daughter used them to sell her house she told me how good they had been and she wasnt wrong !
I was very worried about marketing the house Kevin came to visit and spoke us through how it all worked we decided to go ahead. The pictures and videos were amazing !,

I was recommended to Harbor from someone who had used them to sell multiple properties. As opposed to the cheesy salesman who came out to value our property from a multitude of estate agents, they were honest, genuine and truthful about what we could expect from the house selling process. Charlie went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported and looked after. The marketing was second to none and Abbie in the office kept in constant contact with us regarding upcoming viewings and feedback from potential buyers. We had an offer within a couple of weeks of being on the market and achieved a fair and accurate price. We have sold houses before but I can say with full conviction that Harbor are the best estate agents we have ever used. They took all the stress and anxiety out of selling our house and were friendly, easy to work with and professional from start to finish. Kevin also did one of our viewings and really knew his stuff. He went out his way to accomodate our work schedules and family routine. Harbor are a small outfit but by far incredibly well versed in what they do. We felt like we were at the forefront of their priority list and very well looked after.

From the very first enquiry about selling our home to the end result. We cannot thank Jason from Harbour Property enough for selling our property. We had originally put our property on the market with a well known estate agents to no avail. Within less than a week of advertising with Harbour Property our property sold.This to us was the knowledge and experience of Jason carrying out his due diligence of our property, location and also the advantages of future investment for the buyer. This tells us that Jason did his homework and he also talked us through the process of what was required from us for the contract to be completed. When contacting the office all staff members were polite and knowledgeable of our sale.
