As soon as you received our order you sent an email stating u had received it. Once it was shipped you let us know and then fedEx called us so we could pay their charge and that they would have it to us at the date you had given to us. We received it on that date
We installed the mural today with no issues. Sure a person can always do better. We can see a couple of the seams but very very slight. We did wallpaper many many years ago and we have always preferred the non pasted so we were happy about that. My husband is 75 and I am 70 and we did really good working together. Probably better now than years ago. He knows not to get to upset because he would loose his assistant. LOL.
I have shared the picture of the completed mural with a few friends and I know one of them wants a mural as well so we may place another order with you in the near future Is there anyway that we could send you pictures of the mural

My wallpaper mural arrived in a timely fashion and my wallpaper hanger reported it went up “ like a dream”. It is impossible to find seams and everyone who has been to my house asks me if I painted the deer myself! I love the look and am so very happy with my decision to install this handsome deer mural. The website was easy to use— I just added two inches to both length and width.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. My original order was lost in transit, and the replacement was apparently coded incorrectly, resulting in unexpected duty fees. Their website clearly states that HappyWall is responsible for duties and taxes—not the U.S. customer. This has been nothing but a headache, and I’m now having to fight to get an issue resolved that should never have occurred.

I left a review moments before I reached out to CSR only because HappyWalls reached out to ask about my experience. I left the above message. Then I hopped on their website to file a quality issue. Within one email a new order was placed and on its way. They were so lovely and easy to work with. Highly recommend. Even though the original order had a crease, you could see the paper and image will look incredible once hung! Thank you Happy Wall for making me a happy customer.

The delivery didn't went well by ups. They have not send me a notification that my package was delivered at a pick up point. Now the max days are over and they send it back.

Not as I anticipated
the panel that was shipped to me, was weird. The flower of the design only showed a small version at the top and the rest was just blended leaves. Not what i saw on the advertised picture or what i anticipated. Not happy. husband put it up and now he wont take it down. Stuck with a very UNHAPPYwall.
