Customer service issues.
The wallpaper is great. Good quality paper and printing. My main issue is customer service can be slow. The only correspondence is through email, which can take a couple of days for a reply. If you are having an issue and there are multiple emails it can take a while for an issue to be resolved. This is frustrating when you are in the middle of a project and the delays can be significant.

The product is great quality
The product is great quality, thick paper. Shipping was fast. It was easy to paste on the wall - took less than an hour. I've purchased a couple of times from HappyWall and have been pleased with their product each time. They have a wide selection of items to choose from. Fantastic quality and service
Fantastic experience from start to finish! Loved being able to preview the design online. Shipping was surprisingly fast, considering it came from Sweden (no import paperwork or taxes due either). Wallpaper sections clearly labeled, with straightforward installation instructions. And the quality seems superb. What’s not to love? Will shop here again without hesitation.
