Never touch this company!! Absolute scammers. Ordered product from Instagram and never received any confirmation or receipt of payment except from PayPal. Tried to contact company after ordering and seeing how much the conversion was from Au dollars to USD. No answer from company until about 2 days after ordering and they told me product had already gone to shipping company. Their response was wait until the product arrived and then if not happy return it. Finally arrived about 3 weeks later and it was a piece of plastic junk. Not the natural wood tree it should have been. Tried to contact them and website was blocked. Finally got hold of them from previous email and the only thing they said they could offer was 5usd compensation.
Will never ever obtain anything from them again.

Counterfeit postage was what the USPS told me. This company doesn’t charge you shipping charges at the time you make a purchase but they don’t pay it either and send it to you with postage due. Complete scammers!!!!!

Don’t order anything from this company! There are a complete scamming POS. My order was doubled from what I placed costing me an extra $55.00, tried cancelling the order and it was impossible to get in touch with anyone. Don’t do it even if it looks good on the surface!!!🤬

It took 1 month to get my order & you charged me $8.00
more than was advertised then you charged me import costs on top of that. Will NEVER do business with you again.

I received my product but had to pay an extra $12.35 of postage because it was sent with a counterfeit usps label. I will never use them again.

I ordered a set of nine 3D printed magnetic frog toys. First off, I didn't get a receipt. I emailed them using the email address in the "Congrats! You Finished Your Order" email. I got a receipt but no tracking number. Also, I was charged about $15 more than what is shown on the receipt. I emailed them a couple more times looking for a tracking number and got vague replies. Now, over a month after placing the "order", I filed a dispute with my bank. No more buying from Facebook ads.

Scammers! I was charged $15 more than the price listed on my sales order. I contacted the company within 15 minutes to cancel the entire order. They credited me the overcharge but will not cancel the order in full. I will never buy anything advertised on FB again.

Made a purchase and was provided a receipt that matched my total in my cart when I checked out. $40 and some change. They hit my card for for $57. Emailed them to cancel the order immediately and that I would be refuting it with my CC company....and they had some bs excuse of it was an error and they would refund the difference. Scam and shady business. Do not trust!

You can stop the profanity in your advertising. I just seen a video on Facebook and the language is disgusting. It starts out, " Honestly if I see one more FU?????????. you know what the word is. I will never buy anything from you. Absolutely disgusting.

The shoe is perfect to bring if you want to take the heels off at a more formal event. Also fashionable with slacks

I ordered a mini rc drift car. The advertisement looked great. About 2 weeks later, a package showed up. I knew it was small, but the box was tiny. Upon opening it, I found a small push along car like a hot wheels, but not near as good as one.
After sending them a message and saying I want a refund or I will report them, customer service said it would cost a lot for me to send the item back, so I can have it and they would refund me 4usd. I paid 29usd. The toy car was worth probably about $5 australian dollars, If that. I'm so sick of companies on Facebook scamming people. It's happened before with other Facebook websites except nothing has shown. No more buying from Facebook advertisers.

HAPPYTOOBTAIN.COM IS FRAUD!!! I bought super two mode special car vacuum cleaner that they advertising all over the internet. After three weeks of waiting I received product that is nothing like a the one on their adds that worked for 10 min and literally died. I thought maybe its a battery but after 24 hours of charging nothing happened. The product is still dead and not working at all. I contacted their customer support for a refund and sent the a video but they responded "We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction.But as our shipment department checked, the item you received is correct.
Yours sincerely,Customer Service Team" FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered something September 29 & it is now November 21 & I still never received my order, nor is the tracking updating. I’ve requested a refund multiple times and they keep telling me thank you for your patience & understanding rather than give me a refund. I would not trust this company.
