Working with Danielle on this project has been a great experience for all involved. We have learned a lot and implemented new strategies in the workplace along the way. Our staff really appreciate the effort and improvements we are making and they are bringing new ideas forward.

This year, we commenced the HTC program, which has become more than just another online training platform; it has transformed into a way of life for the team at FRC . With the support from Danielle and continued guidance, we have created a collaborative and safe place to share ideas and hold each other accountable to improve our culture as a group . It is no longer solely the CEO’s responsibility to maintain the culture; it is now a team effort, and they are doing an amazing job at it .
We have seen a significant increase in staff happiness and a 40% improvement in our Psychosocial surveys, particularly in responses to questions like "Do you plan to stay at FRC?" and "Would you recommend working at FRC?" . Including a reduction in staff turnover. The HTC program has delivered quick results without requiring large blocks of time from the team, as it seamlessly integrates into their daily lives, improving both their work and personal lives .
During our HTC meeting this week, I was proud of the team and the conversations that took place. The team is driving improvements themselves, showcasing the program's effectiveness .
All in all, the HTC program is a great initiative that has brought about positive changes in our organization.
