My laundry was picked up early Monday and returned on Tuesday. Amazing customer service regarding notifications. Clothing was perfectly folded, fresh and clean. Most impressed with the softness of my t-shirts. The whites were awesome. Everything was perfect. I love HappyNest!!

I love the prompt return of my laundry, but nothing appears to be pre-treated and I always need to re-fold all T shirts because they are so wrinkled, especially the sleeves.

We used the service to clean our dog’s bed covers. The covers came back spotlessly cleaned, without a dog hair insight. Pick up and drop off were on time and very efficient. Definitely will use the service again.

The service is fast and delivers the next day. Everything goes as expected. The pick up and drop off crew are very nice. The fabric is always nice and clean.

I continue to use them out of convince. However I set my "laundry settings" to scented detergent with dryer sheets.
My clothes come back FULL of static everytime. And no scent to laundry. Sometimes doesn't even smell clean.

I am so impressed with this experience. It was extremely easy to set up and schedule. Pick up and next day delivery was so smooth. I sent my spring blankets and a few mattress pads and they did a fantastic job. Everything was expertly folded and packed. The price is very reasonable for this service, especially considering what a laundromat would cost. I highly recommend Happy Nest. You won’t be disappointed if you give it a try.

I have only recently moved to Tucson from NJ, used to doing my own laundry, but taking it out even to another area in the apartment complex, is a lot for me. Happy Nest did my laundry to perfection. Better than myself. Every one should use this place. 🥰

Laundered clothes were not delivered the next day; that's what the premium service is for. No notice was received. Customer support indicated the truck broke down and indicated that a notice was sent out, but I never received a text, phone message, email, or notice in the app about any delay. It took me reaching out with the missing laundry message to get any communication. I was told I would be the 10th or 11th delivery the next day (in the morning). I received updates the next morning indicating I was moved to the 2oth+ drop-off and then also received another message in the afternoon pushing me even further back. All in all, I'm frustrated with the delay that caused some issues, the lack of communication, the inaccurate communications, and getting bumped further out despite their delay. This is the second issue this year (with my laundry delivered to a different customer earlier in the year). There should be some gesture made when you don't deliver as expected. Silence upon requesting that. The service used to work great and even used to asked for service preferences such as hangers or not. Now it's just all bagged. In the end, I might just buy a stackable as a bag of laundry for almost $100 (promised the next day) seems a premium to begin. I have been paying the premium for the reliability of getting it the next day, certainly not the anxiety worrying about my clothes whereabouts and no proactive communication from them about it. To be fair, the customer service rep did respond on a Friday night (but the delivery information they provided for the next day was inaccurate). I did tip the driver as it's not their fault; I'm just discouraged; I pay the premium not not have to think about laundry or deal with any issues.

Love this laundry service. Pickup and delivery is so convenient, they always follow my preferences, and everything comes back clean and neatly folded. Saves me so much time every week.

I just moved into a new apartment. I don’t have a washer or dryer at the moment and I live on the third floor. So imagine trying to haul bags of laundry for me and four kids up and down the steps just to use the apartments laundry facility 😭. Happy Nest definitely came through for me. They were punctual on picking up my laundry and also dropped it off neatly folded with care which I love. I will definitely be using their services again soon.
