I tried the menopause tablets and then they changed it to these plus ones. And can I just say I only take 1 tablet a day. An it’s helped so much with brain fog, anxiety and mine was bad. Sleep, and feeling well in general. I have recommended it to as many women as I can who are going through menopause as I did not want to take HRT. I feel like I’ve got through the height of it and just loving life 🤗 🥰

Metabolic harmony is helping my mental health and wellbeing
Well I must say I was very sceptical about trying this product due to the price but it didn't disappoint. I am 49 and deep into perimenopause so I have been experimenting with lots of ways to help improve many of my symptoms over the past few years and I can safely say I think I have cracked it by using happy mammoths metabolic harmony! I am just about to finish my first bottle and because of how successful this has been I have ordered another 2 bottles. I am blown away by how good I feel, the best I have felt in years and feel more like me again. I noticed a difference within the first week but each week just got better. I am into my 4th week and I am so happy. I am using HRT patches which help well but so much more has improved by using the product. Im.a belly reset returning customer however the formula isnt as strong as you used to be which is a shame however i got a new one delivered today and it expires 1 11 26 which gives me. Not enough time to finish it as im.still on another tub Happy mammoth agreed on a return but at my expense and also up to 14 days to process my refund

Sending short expiry supplrments is cheeky and the potency wont be as good as a fresher batch

First year of Hormone Harmony
I've been using Hormone Harmony for almost a year. I am happy with it overall. The first 6 months I saw and felt changes. My hot flashes diminished, I lost a few pounds, without trying, (and it stayed off) the bloating wasn't as often. I felt like I found the right hormone for me. But this last 4 or 5 months, the bloating and some of the pounds came back, with some fatigue. Maybe it's my age or life in general that's causing the fluctuations. I get the emails showing other supplements to supplement my Hormone Harmony. But I'm not interested in that.
I know our bodies respond differently and it can't be perfect.
I do love that it's all natural ingredients.
