I tried this and noticed that my face started losing the inflamed look, especially on the sides of my face. After about a week and a half I stopped waking up in the middle of the night covered in sweat. I also stopped waking up in the morning with a racing mind at around two weeks.

It’s good but hasn’t had the huge benefits others have claimed
I’ve been able to use this product instead of a pharma option. It’s not had a huge impact on reducing belly weight however I have managed to plateau on the increases. I’m 6m + into taking the product.

I’m going through perimenopause and Hormone Harmony has honestly become something I cannot live without right now. If I forgot one morning, it actually takes me approx. two weeks to feel more stable again. It doesn’t “eliminate” or “mask” the natural symptoms of this stage of life, but personally I have noticed much less intense symptoms.
