Thank you Sammy for a delivering such a wonderful informative first aid class! I have booked onto many other first aid classes before and Sammy’s session managed to cover everything in 2hrs with plenty of opportunity for questions. It was perfect as both a professional refresher and for the new parents taking the course for the first time. I will definitely book my next refresher through Sammy, see you again in 3 years!

Sammy is just lovely and she made the course content interesting and visually memorable. There were opportunities to test out your learning (if you wanted to) to make sure you could physically do it right (I was pleased to practice the appropriate level of 'force' for baby CPR, for example) and it was very valuable to learn the differences between adult first aid and child, and then also baby, first aid. Sammy sells magnetic prompts and first aid kits too (which I'm pleased to have availed myself of!)

Sammy's first aid course was informative and engaging. The practical elements really helped us to consolidate our learning and feel competent in our skills as first aiders. Sammy makes you feel at ease throughout the course and we would highly recommend her to anyone!

Sammy made us so welcome on her baby & child first aid course and delivered it in a really thoughtful way. She has a gentle and engaging tone which works so well when discussing difficult medical situations. I'm so very glad that we chose her first aid course. The added benefit for us was that we were able to bring our young baby along too rather than needing to find a babysitter. Thank you, Sammy!

I came away from the session feeling well equipped to respond in the best way to common first aid situations. While I hope I won't need to, I feel confident I can provide emergency care to my baby should a serious situation arise. Considering the heavy topics covered, Sammy had a wonderful art of keeping things appropriately cheery.

This was a great first aid course which covered a lot of important situations in 2 hours. Sammy is a great educator and delivered the course in a fun and engaging way. I would highly recommended it to anyone, even if they do not have children as the skills are so important to know.

Cannot recommend Sammy and her first aid course enough. The information was given in a creative but clear way which allowed us all to gain confidence in our first aid skills.

Sammy was a really excellent teacher for our group session of 5 couples. She explained and demonstrated comprehensively the techniques and differences for baby/child first aid. She had a friendly and engaging style and we had plenty of opportunity to practise ourselves on the baby and child mannikins provided. We were also given an aide memoire booklet covering the main points with space for our own notes.
We came away from the session feeling much more confident that we could cope if the need arose when looking after our grandchildren.

Clear, easy to understand and follow guidelines. Gave lots of confidence. Lots of opportunities to practice CPR on the models. Would recommend for parents and anyone looking after babies and children.

Sammy's a great teacher: knowledgeable--and able to share her skills in a clear and friendly way. As a new grandparent, it was great to hear the latest thinking on dealing with illness and emergencies, and to have the chance to practice on mannequins. It was also really useful see a defib machine for the first time. Sammy encourages questions--and doesn't make you feel silly if you've forgotten something or you're hearing it for the first time. Highly recommended!!

Sammy was absolutely amazing! She came to our house for a small group session and exceeded everyone’s expectations. Sammy delivered the course in a really memorable way without it being scary or daunting and I feel so much more prepared now if I ever needed to use anything we were taught. The content was great and covered all of the key areas we are worried about as parents of a little one (choking, CPR, burns etc) and being able to practice on dummies was fantastic. I honestly cannot recommend her enough.

We cannot thanks Sammy enough for the brilliant first aid for parents course. Sammy was extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring and patient. As someone very squeamish, Sammy instantly made me feel at ease. From learning about burns/scars to CPR to seizures and everything in between. She was engaging and answered all of our questions. The course was the perfect length and. My partner and I would love to do more of Sammy's classes. She is an absolute superstar and comes highly recommended. Don't delay go book now. You will never regret it.

An excellent and really informative course! As first time parents we were very keen to learn how to deal with emergencies, and we feel well equipped after attending the class, thank you so much Sammy! Sammy was really flexible too in helping me to organise a class for a group of us and answering my many queries along the way - thank you!
