Excellent Service
Their service was excellent and they are very quick to return enquiry e-mails. I asked an euro adapter plug as this was a preset to my son who lives in Euro area. They enclosed it without fail.
I deducted a star because they advertised that the item would be delivered within 7 days but they failed it.

Great for Japanese products. Very nicely packaged
Never ordered from this company before, but I placed an order last week. The toaster is wired with a UK plug and arrived within 3 days very nicely packaged. Works a treat. Will definitely order again. They have a range of Japanese and Asian products which are otherwise very difficult to get in the UK.
