Very Unreliable

Bought a pet carrying sling. It was faulty - the sliding clasp did not lock, so my pet could escape easily and it was unsafe to use. They initially offered me a refund but asked me to pay for return shipping - to china. When I pushed back on this, they then took back their refund offer. I would not recommend buying from them, I've had to escalate this with Consumer Affairs and my bank.

Mesh dog booties

I’ve recently purchased a set of mesh booties from this company. After a very long shipping time- five weeks - the product looks like bootie’s at a glance, but is so poorly designed and manufactured that it’s simply not fit for purpose.
I decided to approach their customer service team and was continuously sent very blunt, rude, and non- receptive responses. Also, long time periods between emails. After about the fifth round of this, suddenly a polite and receptive response, which upon further investigation is an offer to ship the item ( at my own expense) to a very convoluted destination in china, or accept a 20% refund immediately, without fuss !
All of this is clearly structured to repel legitimate refunds.
I just find it appalling that any company feels the need to be run in this manner.
DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM HAPPY MOLLY !!
There are so many better options, and I feel very foolish to have fallen into this trap.

Terrible

Terrible. Buyer beware. Claims to be Australian. But slow shipping from Gina. Expect extensive delays and disappointing products. Do not use.

My daughter saw an influencer wearing a Happy Molly dress and begged me to order it for her birthday. I'm always skeptical of these sites, but I agreed. I'm so glad I did! The dress was even prettier in person, and the quality was far better than I expected for the price. The sparkly details were sewn on well, not just glued. It made my daughter's birthday so special, and she felt like a million bucks. Seeing her that happy is worth more than five stars. Thank you!

Order has not arrived after 16 days of waiting

This business is not based in australia, and is not local. The website gives the impression it's a local business. Beware. I ordered my pet some toys on the 1st and it's now the 16th and the order is no where in sight.
Communications have felt like I'm talking to ai or a computer.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is a scam.
Do not buy, there are plenty of local businesses that stock similar items with much less issues.

Scam company, knockoff poor quality product

They sent me a very poor knockoff product (supposedly a “FurCatch”) that didn’t work at all. It was on sale for $19.00 (normally an eye-watering $39.90), but probably has a manufacturing cost of less than 30 cents. Total garbage. Beware!

Terrible company to deal with - item not as described or pictured.

Terrible company to deal with. The product I bought was a Travexa Hard Cover - a hammock style dog seat cover for the rear car seat. The product was not how it was described or pictured and indeed did not have a hard bottom as was portrayed in the advertisement. Happy Molly would not give me a refund and eventually after weeks of emailing the company I was forced to lodge a PayPal dispute. The company agreed to a refund if I posted the item back at my expense ($A76 postage) which I did, but they failed to collect the item from the post office and it was ultimately returned to me. PayPal agreed with my claim and refunded me the purchase price, however I was still out of pocket for the postage.

FurCatch a disappointment

I bought the FurCatch after viewing the ad on instagram and reading positive reviews. The product that arrived is not the same as the one used in the demonstration video, but appears to be a cheap, flimsy copy that does not work as claimed.

Happy Molly Dog Coats

Ordered a large dog coat. It arrived quickly. It looked well made but would not even fit a cat let alone my dog. Contacted the company stating I want a refund. They came back with, keep the product and receive a 20% refund or return the product to China and they will assess whether to give me a refund and I had to provide all this information.
Never again would I order direct from a company from China.

SCAM! Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them
Not Australia based. Total scam.
Long time to arrive and awful returns system.
They offer you 20% off the items you want returned to save hassle. So, so bad.

JUST ANOTHER CAT TOY RIP OFF

Quite frankly I am stunnned to see a rating of 3.9 I would rate them a zero. Firstly, they are quilty of false advertising. Their ad for the product they call Whisker Fun is a falsified film. I have purchased countless cat toys over the years. With this toy, I tried it on various floor surfaces including wood, ceramic and flat carpet. The ball moves no more than a couple of centimeters and then stops. It does this if the cat touches it or not. The cat shows no interest. I contacted Happy Molly and they asked me to send a video. I went through hoops finding software that would alow me to send such a large file. Their correspondence was regular until they finally got the file. Then it took me several emails to finally get a response where they said "they product works as it should" and offered me 10% off my next purchase. I AM HAPPY TO SEND ANYONE A COPY OF THE FILE IF THEY WANT TO SEE WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. So bottom line is product = 0, customer service = 0, trust = 0. So very disappointed as this company looked creative and trustworthy. I will never purchase anything from them again and advise strongly you stay away. Kind of felt like I was dealing with Temu only without the ability to return for a refund!

Misleading Claims and Terrible Customer Service – Avoid Happy-Molly!

This company boldly claims their dog toys are “long-lasting” and “durable”—what a joke. My dog (a medium-sized, non-aggressive chewer) destroyed their so-called “durable” toy in under FIVE MINUTES. It didn’t just tear a little—it completely fell apart, posing a potential choking hazard.

When I reached out for a refund, I was met with evasive replies and a complete lack of accountability. Instead of owning up to their false advertising, they refused to offer a fair resolution and made the return process as difficult and frustrating as possible. Their customer service is dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly, infuriating to deal with.

Do yourself—and your dog—a favor: stay far away from Happy-Molly. Their products are cheap, their promises are empty, and their service is downright disgraceful.

This company is SO dodgy

This company is SO dodgy. I have no idea where they are located. I paid over $60 for one of their cat toys and it was absolute plastic crap - maybe worth $5 - which I just threw straight in the bin when I received it, as I wouldn't dare give my fur babies such garbage to play with. Do NOT buy from them!! I warn you - do NOT buy from them!! They should definitely be closed down.

Fraudulent website that steals your…

Fraudulent website that steals your details and provides fake tracking information. Utter scam. The company is based in Austria based on their financial details, pretend they are within Australia and then send or "fake send" the goods from China with tracking updates for companies that don't exist. No one has ever head of 'needle tail logistics' in Australia.

Product was faulty out of the box!!

Product was faulty out of the box in that the switch to restrict the lead length on one of the dual leads did not work. They are refusing to replace (I didn’t even ask for a refund) as I didn’t use it until after 30 days of receiving (one of my dogs had a cancer removed and had a 6 week recovery time). Refusal to rectify is against Australian Consumer Law yet they repetitively refuse to warrant the defective product. In addition, I’ve attempted to leave this review in their website which they continue to delete to make it look like they only have four and five star reviews. Do not purchase from here.
