This was my first group trip and Happistart was def the best choice for me. I watched them on Instagram when they started during Covid and finally took the plunge. Well! They have a great thing going and I had an amazing time - exploring in Africa, making new friends in the group, sharing planned and spontaneous adventures. The trip was well organized with every detail attended to, I could simply relax and explore all the way thru. Great chaperones, easy transfers and excellent communication to solve/resolve any issues. I was concerned about roommate selection and they aced that too, not just for me but for everyone! So grateful! Great brand! I’m planning my next trip very soon. Ps. My ten days in Peru was well spent. The early morning departure had me in shambles at times but it was absolutely worth it in the end. The highlight for me on this trip was the dinner in the dessert. I am a sucker for fireworks and a saxophonist, so to have both my pleasures combined in one setting was perfect. I wished spending the night in the dessert was an add on but it was a surreal experience regardless. I can say happistart gives you value for your money.
