Disgraceful company who have stolen my money after they have sold my car on my behalf. Numerous attempts at contacting them via email and their number/s, and when i paid a visit to their showroom, there was a notice board stating Happier cars no longer operates in this farm.
Make sure you all get a crime reference number and contact National Fraud Intelligence Bureau.

Fraud company who take your car and then not give the money avoid at all costs

bought a golf from them back in 2022, car looked as it should until we got there and it turns out that somebody had crashed the car leaving a scratch on the left wing, 2 of the diamond cut wheels were absolutely ruined they wrote on the letter I’ve still got from them that they would owe me the alloy refurb, never did they answer or arrange anything to sort it out, turbo also went and had to get replaced so all in im down thousands on this car with none of it being my fault, if anyone reading this can help then please

MY DAD GAVE HIS CAR BACK LAST YEAR IN MAY, HE HAS NOT BEEN PAID, WE WERE BACK AND FORTH WITH THE COMPANY, WE DO HAVE A COURT DATE FOR THE 4TH OF JULY. THEY ARE TOTALLY SCAMMERS! THEY ARE ON THE NEWS NOW!!!!!!!!

Don't use scammers !!! One day you will get locked up 100%

Bought a car from then in January for 10k, engine has blow up and now can’t get a hold of them and the website is down, reported them to the police

never get through to anyone one the phone and the email doesnt work

Purchased a car via an ad on Auto Trader in February. This company took my car as part ex when I purchased a used car from them. They agreed a price for my car and to settle the remaining finance on it. 7 weeks later they still have not cleared the finance and I am now liable for the payments of a car I no longer own! I can't get through to them on any contact number, they aren't replying to emails and the numbers I had for them via whats app have blocked me!
The car I purchased from them was sold as having full service history, there is no log book and it's never been serviced! There is also significant damage to the interior which was not disclosed.
Disgusting!
Just a further update, the car I purchased from Happier Cars has now been seized by the police from my property as it has been reported stolen stolen. This entire company is a scam!!!!

This company is very helpful when they want your money, but the after sales service is non existent.

We have purchased a 2016 Mondeo from Happier Cars and had it delivered as we couldn't make our way up to them.

On the day the delivery was scheduled they kept saying it will be little later when we called but said it will be delivered before the end of the day. It wasn't, they didn't call to let us know. We had to call them to be told that they can't deliver on that day anymore and that it will be delivered the next day. They apologised and said that they will top-up the tank. We have received the car with 40 miles worth of diesel!!

The listing itself was not correct either. Car was listed with features it doesn't have. Blind spot mirrors, adaptive cruise control, airbags in rear seat-belts are all missing.

The car was listed without showing or listing any issues so that's what we assumed. A car with no faults. The car was delivered with Tyre Pressure Sensor malfunction. Upon contacting one of their staff over Whatsapp (Richard I believe) he suggested we put some air in the tyres which we did, but the fault remained, which made sense as the fault said MALFUNCTION not LOW PRESSURE.

After few back and forth messages they agreed to pay to have this issue fixed and asked me to take the car to any tyre shop like Halfords. I went out to 3 different places and got 3 quotes including one from Halfords. 3 of the sensors are dead and one is low battery. But apparently all 3 quotes were too high and they refused all of them. I suggested they find a place that will do it for a price they agree with.

I have wasted my time driving around getting quotes which wasn't even my responsibility. They should have fixed the issue before driving it to us. Or the listing should have mentioned this fault.

And that was the end of any communication. The chap I was originally trying to resolve the issue has ignored my messages and the told me he's on holiday. I tried phoning the company number of times, every time ended up in their mailbox which was full so could not even leave a message. Emails are just bouncing back.

If you are thinking about purchasing car from Happier Cars I urge you to view the car in person and check that everything is correct and as advertised. Or even safer, don't buy from them!!!!

21 Feb 2025 (Friday), a Mercedes GLC reg YG16GLO. They explain it was a friend of the company owner, that he had a collection of cars and he was on holiday and he was returning the following Monday and they would send me all the paperwork and I had an invoice of the payment and because it was through a finance company I believe it was a liable dealership. But turns out all LIES, the car passed an MOT with oil leaks and coil spring broken probably also a fraudulent MOT on the day that I bought the car. Tried to reach them to have the paperwork of the car for weeks, first the guy speaking to me left the company after gave me this contact IAN that never replied to me, I repaired all the car as I'm a mechanic myself put new parts and everything. Yesterday had the police intersecting me at my house saying, blocking the car and saying it was stolen. Now have been left with no car but with finance agreement to pay of a big amount of money, and the owner of the car "friend" of the owner is having his car back. Because he reported only 3 days ago as stolen, apparently they haven't payed him. NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY!!!!

Do not trust this company or the people that work there, they are untrustworthy scam artists. My car was sold by the in Oct 2024 and I still have received the funds. This is my second post on them as they threaten to not give me my money unless I removed the post. They then said I will receive the money on the 17th of March which I did not. Now they are not responding to any emails or calls.

The old facebook group got deleted due to the admin being passively threatened.

Sold my car and never received money, don't trust them.

I am a victim of these scammers. They sold my car and I never got paid. Now they are telling me that business is liquidation, which I don't believe it is. I suggest all of us, who's being a victim of this criminals to report this to ActionFraud website, more of us report this, more chances Police will pay attention and act. For most of us this money is a sweat, hardworking savings and loss of it ruins our lives and families. ALL VICTIMS - PLEASE ACT NOW!!!

These scam artists have done the same to me I went there yesterday and the place was abandoned there were peoples cars just left keys,logbooks so I took photos and videos and called the police but obviously they are useless as always did not help at all just told me to contact action fraud so I guess we all need to do it and stick together I can’t believe the police wouldn’t come out to view what they left behind then yesterday I received an email from Claire to say the company has been liquidated and we will be contacted soon another lie and scam I can’t see how the police will allow this so called Charles Cavendish to operate in this way this is a crime that we can’t rest and let him and his weasel accomplices get away with it so please contact action fraud so the police investigate and hopefully get of there backsides and do something about this still can’t believe they just told me to leave and yes they said they would send officers to come view what I found but only to receive a call from them to say they weren’t going to attend like I said useless so I have so much evidence phots videos I’ve even got a picture of so called Charles Cavendish at my property picking up more Porsche Cayenne GTS Black Reg V6LXL which if you look at the google reviews you will see my vehicle was purchased by Morgan Clark with no contract,log book spare key or any signature whatsoever the vehicle was never supposed to leave site without my permission but it did because I put a tracker on it which I am currently tracking the vehicle and no it’s location they managed to change the logbook with a photo I sent on WhatsApp I can’t believe the DVLA allow it to be changed that easily this was in December and have been getting constant lies ever since we need to bring these scammers down surely they can’t be allowed to just change name and start again ripping more people off so we all must contact action fraud good luck everyone
