Great customer support. Ken answered all of my questions and reassured me that my order would be shipped in the next 10 days. I have been concerned due to the length of time it has been since we ordered until it was supposed to be delivered sometime this month and the lack of communication that I have received about my order during that time. I will feel so much better when I know it is shipped.
I have nothing but good things to say about Hanso customer service but especially Bernadette from support. I had some leaking problems that she was able to remedy for me and did it immediately. It turned out great. Then I opened the box my heater came in only to find the heating element was broken. I emailed Bernadette and within a few hours she not only answered but informed me the replacement was on its way.
In my opinion that is all people want is to be heard and responded to.

I reached out to customer service to follow up on the delivery timing of my order and Ken did an outstanding job of both calling and emailing me the information.
I was able to quickly reach an agent. The agent was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She offered to send me a video on the installation of the motorized pergola. My only suggestion would be is to have these videos easily available on your website.
Ken, got back to me immediately. He answered all my questions and more. He offered to send me instructions so that I can do some measurements before the pergola arrives.

Customer service was fine. The problem is with the company. A few weeks after my order I got a sales text that they lowered prices and would not give me the full amount of the discounted price. They obviously don’t have to but not a company that I am interested in showing any loyalty to. They also never notified me or sent the second invoice when my pergola was in. Instead they placed it on a hold, yet they have no problem sending numerous sales texts. After the pergola was fully paid for they sat on it for weeks not shipping it and no explanation as to why they were not shipping it could be given. I have another future pergola to purchase and numerous accessories to purchase and will go elsewhere.
The representative that assisted me with my question and concerns was very professional and polite. He provided answers to all my questions and I feel good about the way he responded. Thank you for your help Alex.
