Hans im Glück
I was working in Stuttgart. It was much better compared to Sausalitos, but I still had to deal with low wages and angry customers. Also, after COVID, the tips were poor.

very bad experience. I forgot my bag in a restaurant in Berlin, Friedrichstrasse. When I went to pick up the bag the next day, I got the things from the bag, but not the bag! Even though I wrote several emails and called customer service, no one ever answered me. I recommend you not to go to this restaurant
Worst Burger in the town too expensive, Burger are empty.
For the little story, I ask with no salad but they forgot onion and tomato in my burger and there was salad inside... it's alright failure happening all the time in any restaurant, I ask if they could juste put oignon and tomato, they brought me 2 ring of ognion and 1 slice of tomato on a plate, then I had to add it in my burger myself... for 13euros, that's a joke .
I don't talk about the mini fries portion for 5 euros...
Bref in resume: Not good, too expensive, Empty burgers....
So, so bad. We were 8 People to your restaurant in Bremen
The food came diffently times and waited 1 hour for a Burger....... See how MC D do it.
NEVER AGAIN
My partner and I visited your restaurant The 6. November (Goetheplatz, München) and we were honestly not happy with the visit. We came in for lunch, for the first time ever in one of your restaurants, and saw that you have a lunch menu. We ordered some drinks, as we saw it was part of the menu - and ordered the food after that.
As we were finished eating, a waiter took our empty plates away and asked about the hot drinks, which are included in the menu. But we were then told that we could not get the lunch menu, as we had ordered the drinks and food separately. We were really confused and disappointed, as we were not given this information, either on your menu-cards or by the waitresses. Therefore we of course decided not to get a hot beverage as we did not want to pay extra for something that was supposed to be included in the price.
All of this means that we ended up paying 41,7€ (for 2 burgers, 2 fries & 2 cold drinks) whereas we were supposed to pay 34,8€ (for 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 cold drinks & 2 hot beverages).
So you can imagine that we felt ripped off paying more for less.
As you guys don’t care to answer on your mail and on TripAdvisor. I believe a bad review is in the place here.
My expectation is probably high from being a Dane, but I still think that this is low-quality food for German restaurant chain - Just another Mc Donald's chain but more expensive. But I also believe that the price is set too high compared to the quality of the food.
Poor and lazy service. Boring food. We waited ten minutes to be seated while the staff sat outside smoking.
