I ordered a model car from hansecars.de, paid immediately, and received absolutely nothing. No shipping, no tracking number, no update — just silence.

I contacted the seller multiple times by email and got zero response. Once they have your money, they simply disappear.

In my opinion, this is a pure scam operation: take payment, don’t send the product, and ignore the customer. This is not a legitimate business and should be avoided at all costs.

Save yourself the frustration and do NOT order from hansecars.de unless you want to lose your money.

Same experience as Amit Rasis. Ordered over 2 months ago. Model has not arrived. Order status still reads, "The order is in process." Contacted Hansecars numerous times (at least a dozen times) and called hotline and left messages but never heard back. Beware!!

Scammers alert. I ordered a very expensive model from this site a few years ago. After i paid i never heard from them. Order it still "In Process" till this day. Many other collectors experience similar issues. BEWARE
