Everything arrived on time and was well packaged. I'm really impressed with the quality of the product. Highly recommended if you’re looking for elegant furniture.
Bought some pieces of furniture for my bedroom and dining room and all looks great. Delivery on time and in proper shape.
I bought a table there. I chose them because they claimed they’d deliver within a week. The manufacturer of the table had many more options some of which I liked better but delivery time was 6 weeks, so I went with Hannun. In the end, it took 8 weeks for the table to arrive and countless emails back and forth. The table itself is well made, the only downside is that the color is not quite as expected. They’re obviously using a filter on their pictures to give everything a “warm” hue, but who would send a piece of furniture back after waiting for 8 weeks.

Earlier this year, I placed several orders with Hannun, with a total value of nearly 7,000 EUR. To this day, I'm still waiting for the delivery of a mirror, but the most frustrating issue has been with a sofa: instead of receiving the complete model, they have sent me the same piece twice (the chaise longue), making it impossible to assemble or use.
Since April 2nd, I have been trying to resolve this situation, contacting customer service numerous times. More than a month later, I still haven't received an effective solution. What’s most concerning is that there is no phone number to contact the company directly, which makes communication even more difficult.
While doing a full renovation, I trusted several brands to furnish my home. The quality of Hannun’s furniture is acceptable, but the customer service has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve had with any company. I’ve had the sofa wrapped in plastic for almost two months now, waiting for them to collect the incorrect piece. Hannun refuses to send the correct one until the wrong one is picked up, yet they’re unable to organize the collection.
Customer service is ineffective: they take 2 to 3 business days to respond, and when they do, they ignore key questions and offer no real solutions. The lack of empathy and responsibility is alarming.
I strongly recommend exercising caution when buying from Hannun. I'm considering taking legal action if the situation isn’t resolved immediately.
UPDATE:
Hannun sigue sin resolver el problema. Es el sexto dia que espero al transportista para la recogida de la pieza errónea (la sexta vez que pido vacaciones en el trabajo) y es la sexta vez que no viene nadie o no se lo llevan.
Además me dicen que la pieza correcta llega a midades de junio.
Desde el 02 de abril no estaban capaces de fabricar la pieza correcta.
Además estoy esperando a otro articulo desde febrero. En la página web ponía un max. de 2 semanas y hasta el dia de hoy no se que ha pasado con este pedido.
He perdido mucho tiempo y mucho dinero con Hannun.
Y no puedo estar más decepcionado con esta empresa.
UPDATE:
Hannun still hasn't resolved the issue. This is the sixth day I've waited for the carrier to pick up the wrong part (the sixth time I've requested time off from work), and it's the sixth time no one comes or they don't deliver it.
They also tell me the correct part will arrive in mid-June.
They haven't been able to manufacture the correct part since April 2nd.
I've also been waiting for another item since February. The website stated a maximum of 2 weeks, and to this day, I don't know what happened to this order.
I've wasted a lot of time and money with Hannun.
And I couldn't be more disappointed with this company.

I would seriously think twice before ordering products from this company.
I ordered some shelves in February however still to receive them (now May) I have queried with Hannun numerous times and they keep saying that they have been re-sent out however the tracking shows limited progress. This isn’t surprising when reading other reviews on Trustpilot.

I'm UK based. The item I ordered has not arrived 36 days after ordering. I ordered 21st March, they said it would be delivered by 4th April. They have fobbed me off with nonsense about it being handmade when I chased them and 'nearly ready', they then told me they hope I like it as it's on the way, after I asked them to cancel it as I was fed up of waiting. They sent me a tracking link which shows something set in their delivery partners network in Spain for about 2 weeks and now has been returned to sender, despite never leaving Spain. I have now reported the transaction to my bank as they keep replying with nonsense about it rather than just refunding it as requested and apologising for the wasted time and frustration on my part. I have no faith that they will resolve it so this is the length I have had to go to. Do not buy from here. These people are cowboys.

Item never arrived. They kept saying it was almost ready but after 3 months it still wasn't here. I would have waited if they had given me some indication of when it would arrive, but they couldn't. It just felt like it wasn't actually coming. I have now not had the furniture for 3 months and I'm going to have to start looking all over again. Would not recommend.

I was extremely disappointed with my purchase of a hair pin coffee table. I had been researching for a rustic one that was narrow. It was not expensive but it looks like it has been made by a school boy in his woodwork class at school from raw pallet wood Does not look rustic. The colour is not as seen on the website and there are dents all over it. I was going to buy other products to match this but thought I would wait to see the quality of the table first. Thank goodness I only ordered this piece. Will not be ordering again. Very poor quality.

I had a wonderful experience with Hannun! I was searching for a unique piece for my new flat but struggled to find anything in the UK that matched my style at a reasonable price. Then I discovered Hannun—a true gem! Their aesthetic is absolutely beautiful, with very natural and sustainable vibes. If I could, I’d buy the whole shop.
Although my mirror broke during transit, Hannun handled it exceptionally well. They informed me about the issue before delivery and immediately offered a refund or a replacement. I chose a new mirror, and the communication was smooth throughout. The delivery took a bit longer, but I don’t mind waiting for something truly special. The quality is fantastic, and the price is very fair for what you get. Highly recommend!

Product came very fast, the product was as excepted, alongside simple instructions to build the item. However, there was a small damage at the corner of the table which came during the delivery process. Would recommend to add further packing for making sure the product is not damaged.

I've always said I would never write a bad online review, but Hannun have been so inconceivably awful that I've finally had to break my own promise. They have provided by far the worst service I have ever witnessed, by any company, in my life, and I feel like I would be doing the public a disservice by not warning them to beware.
I ordered a sofa from their website. Waited months for it to arrive. Finally, it arrives, in two halves: except one half is the colour I ordered, and the other half is a random, wrong colour.
Hannun don't have a phone number. Instead, I have to email, and wait several days for a response. Eventually, they respond and apologise, and promise they will send the correct half of the sofa.
Weeks of waiting later, another delivery arrives. As the delivery driver takes it off the lorry, the shape of the box looks wrong, and I tell him that I think it might be the incorrect sofa again. He tells me that if I open it to check, I have to keep it. He leaves. I open it. They have sent me the right colour this time, but the wrong sofa, as I suspected.
Again, Hannun have no phone number, so I have to email and wait days for a response. Meanwhile, it is now impossible to walk around my house, due to the sheer number of Hannun sofas of various colours stored in it. Their delivery service doesn't provide a time window, so I have also had to take two days off work, to sit at home all day waiting for their wrong sofas. Their delivery men also refuse to help carry anything further than the edge of the street, so I have to ask a friend to come over each time to help me carry wrong sofas up the stairs.
Eventually, they come to collect the wrong sofas. This of course means taking a third day off work and sitting at home all day, as they don't provide a time window.
The woman at Hannun tells me that they previously sent the wrong sofas due to a language barrier issue, but now they finally understand what has gone wrong, and will send the missing part shortly.
Another month passes. Eventually I get an email saying that it is on its way, and I need to pay extra money for customs and duty fees again (I had already paid them for the first delivery).
Finally, delivery day comes around, again. As I might have mentioned, they don't provide a delivery window, so I have to take a fourth day off work (!), and get a friend around to help carry the sofa in, again.
At last, the simple, single sofa that I had ordered was complete, and it only took months, countless emails, weeks of storing wrong sofas, and four days off work.
Naturally, after messing up someone's order to this extraordinary extent, a normal company would be bending over backwards to try to compensate their customer for the inconvenience. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way a normal company handles those mistakes can make all the difference.
However, Hannun is not a normal company. After numerous complaint emails back and forth, Hannun's final offer was...they would refund the shipping fee. In other words, they would refund a grand total of 3% of what I paid. It would be funny, if it wasn't so insulting.
Please do yourself a favour and just buy from a normal company.

Ordered a shoe rack type of thing. On the site, the item had a delivery time of 3 to 4 days.
As soon as I placed an order, that time went up to 8 to 10 days.
The item was out for delivery almost 20 days later.
Then, the delivery company Hannun sent it through and refused the delivery, stating the item was too heavy. I ended up having to go and pick it up myself, from the delivery's company storage facility. A 46kgs massive thing.
The customer service was absolutely disastrous throughout the whole ordeal.
Think twice before you buy from them.

Table in not good condition.
I ordered a coffee table from Hannun which originally had a issue with the delivery and they sent me another table. Its just arrived and sadly it isnt in good condition with dents and scratches all over it. Also they have provided me will a metal leg that is an inch shorter than the others.

I rarely leave bad reviews but I have to for this company. What went wrong with purchase? I think everything. I ordered from their website a certain color, received the wrong color, was assured by Hannun staff that I made the mistake, I clarified with pictures that they sent me the wrong product, I asked to swap the item and the swap process was too long, so I asked to return the item. It has been months of email traffic back and forth. I told them that the package material was damaged but REVER and UPS have no idea how to manage a return without packaging material. Hannun insisted per policy that I am responsible for the packaging. Hannun wants to charge me 45€ plus the packaging at cost to me as the customer, after receiving the wrong item. I do not recommend any products from this company as they are overpriced for what they are and you will never be able to return the product, despite their policy saying that they will accommodate. Do not buy here.

The worst shopping experience I had online BY FAR. I bought a couple of shelves which were delivered in a horrible state. One of them could go directly to bin to be honest, it was clearly used and totally faulty. Had to exchanged a freaking load of emails to get the return sorted through this third party company called REVER. The finally collected, finally returned my money and now 3 months later I receive an email that I have not returned my items. SERIOUSLY?!!! It's a mess. Their return process is absolutely rubbish.

Poor quality of coat hanger. after normal use with normal coats, one of the metal pieces broke and there is clear damage on the other. There is a 3-year warranty and I asked for a refund.

This is one of the worst shopping experiences ever (and I have been a web developer for 25 years and seen a lot of bad shops).
First, only one of three ordered pieces has arrived after more than three weeks. Then it is missing screws to assemble (no not completely assembled like they advertise!), and they just ignored emails for a week, until I sent them a very angry one containing a threat and a deadline.
Then they have the nerve to answer that writing more than once will make you go back in their queue after not replying to emails about their faulty order. I am still waiting for the screws, or an answer from these people (in Hungary...). Seriously???
The way you behave will make me report your shop to facebook for being a scam shop. From photos that do not nearly show the poor quality of the product, to very shady "support" and return policies, this certainly qualifies you for being a scam.
Had I read the reviews here on Trustpilot, I certainly would not have ordered. I hope mine will save others some trouble.
I am still waiting for your answer, the "assembly kit", a confirmation of my cancellation, and a refund of my payment!!!!!

I ordered a shelf from Hannun on December 7, 2024, and unfortunately, one part arrived broken. After reporting the issue and providing the requested pictures, the customer service confirmed that a replacement part would be sent. However, it has now been two months, and I am still waiting.
Each time I reach out for an update, I am simply told that I will be informed—but no concrete information is provided. This lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable.
I regret ordering from Hannun, as this experience has been nothing but disappointing. This was my first and, unfortunately, my last order from them. Given this situation, I cannot recommend Hannun to anyone.
Edit: I finally received the replacement part after two months, only to find that it was also faulty and missing the necessary piece to mount the shelf to the wall. Total disappointment. The company offered several compensation options, and I opted for a 25% refund of the original price.

Ordered a sofa from Hannun, which was marked as ready to be shipped extremely quickly. But since then it's been over a month, way outside the initial delivery timeframe, and still it hasn't arrived.
The delivery company in charge of the shipment provides no updates, and neither they nor Hannun can be joined by phone. When Hannun doesn't ignore their emails, they tell you "the delivery company says your delivery will arrive this week!", and then nothing. No updates from them, none from the delivery company. This happened three weeks in a row.
For such expensive orders, it's absurdly bad service. Still waiting for my delivery a month later, with repeated lies about when the sofa should arrive.
Avoid this company until their delivery practices are sorted out. It's not worth the hassle.
