Need to have some manners.

I have to agree.with one of the reviews .the reason I never ordered any blinds of this company was because the person who came to measure. Had the most terrible attitude on him I I felt so uncomfortable iny own home.i won't ever buy blinds of this company !!!

Materials used thin cheap quality
Kitchen blind stands proud of window ridiculously over 2inch
No screw fitted for safety cord fitment
Left the mess on window ledges
Wouldn't recommend them

Three of my Venetian blinds have now…

Three of my Venetian blinds have now stuck for no apparent reason. They won't tilt. I've only had them for 17 months so they're now out of warranty. I was told I could pay to have someone to come out, but if they couldn't be fixed, I'd have to pay to get them replaced. I paid over £900 for these blinds! Terrible service. I used to recommend them but I won't be doing that anymore.

I bought wooden blinds from Hannah…

I bought wooden blinds from Hannah blinds Walton vale a few years back
Due to my own fault one of my blinds snapped and broke off
Plus the strings on one blind broke and lots of the little plastic things broke on a few blinds
I asked Hannah blinds could they come and fix them but I was told no by management
His excuse was your warranty has ran out
I explained I did not want it done free I am quite willing to pay any amount as I excepted the warranty had run out
I was told no as these blinds are made by a multi million pound company and would not be bothered to come out and fix as it’s to small of a job
I explained that my blinds look terrible because one has snapped and some others when pulled on go up on one side
They said sorry we can’t fix you would need to buy new ones
This has realy disappointed me as me and my family have been a customer of theirs for many many years
The story is Hannah blinds don’t give a good after service so remember that before you buy from them because there are lots of companies out there that will give a good after service very disappointing

Lives up to its name - Perfect fit shutters.

Easy to arrange a free quote for my conservatory. Competitive price compared to 2 other companies that gave me quotes. Perfect fit shutters were ordered and ready within 3 weeks. Fitted perfectly and look fantastic. Will be getting the rest of my windows done in the near future.

Nice blinds - let down by unprofessional staff

The blinds themselves are excellent quality, and the fitters were efficient and very pleasant. Unfortunately, this experience was significantly undermined by the sales representative who carried out the measurements. The windows were measured incorrectly, which caused a delay in fitting. In addition, I found his manner to be quite rude — he was unwilling to answer questions about the blinds and appeared eager to leave rather than provide proper customer service.

Fantastic customer service up to a point.

I would recommend this company as everything was fantastic until the fitting, the customer service leading up to this point was 5 star, however the team fitting the blinds were arrogant, unfriendly, and very rushed and inconsiderate in their actions, it's a shame really as they let the company down, however the blinds are all great. #couldhavebeenfivestars
