Total customer focus.
We have shopped here several times, we have also brought visitors here from UK, the attention and professionalism of all the staff is superb. There is no pressure from staff, but if you need them they are so helpful and advisable to your needs. We recently ordered online, and when they contacted us for collection, one of the staff who was passing close to our house dropped it off so we didn't have to go into town, a big shout out to Marguerette for that. Our visitors compare the customer service and experience of Hanleys to those in the UK, and they say, there is just no comparison to how Hanleys treat you and the way the multinationals do here and the UK. Thanks you for the experience, and service.

The best ever wallet
Good choice, good value, very quick delivery and most importantly a beautiful wallet. It is compact but very versatile. Lots of compartments and a really good card mechanism. Beautiful leather and a great finish. My only gripe is I prefer a money clip rather than an insert fold. Just a personal preference. Thanks Hanley. You were amazing

Poor packaging
My order travelled in vans and by plane packed in only 2 plastic bags. As a consequence of this, the item arrived with a small mark on the surface of the leather and with the plastic hanger broken.
A cheap cardboard packaging would have prevented any punctures or scratches.
