came off because it got caught between my sock and a boot, and I had completely forgotten I was even wearing it since it’s so comfortable and not annoying at all. After contacting her on Instagram, she let me know when to come into the store and fixed it for me in 2 minutes! TOOP 😘

So pretty permanent jewlery and it was no problem to fix the length afterwards. We had really good talks and she is such a nice person. Jewlery still looks as new also almost 1,5y after. Absolut recommendation.

Truly the most fantastic experience going to Haniel. Haniel is such a lovely person and makes you feel so special. On our first trip to Copenhagen Haniel made welded bracelets for me and my boyfriend. Unfortunately my dog ripped mine off so on our third trip back for our wedding she repaired it as a gift to me. We have said we'll come back to have rings made on our anniversary. Can't recommend more ❤️

We stopped in to Haniel's shop and admired the many beautiful pieces in the cases. We were looking for a piece that would be "typical" or evocative of Denmark as we were visiting as tourists. We didn't see anything of the sort but we were so impressed with the style and quality of the many custom pieces. We strategized with Haniel and we decided on a mini Lego piece. She was so enthusiastic and was determined to bring our vision into reality. We are thrilled with the result. Haniel is thoughtful and communicated regularly throughout the order and manufacturing process.
