This is my new go to after a big night (or day)!! I used to wake up with bad hangxiety, but now I keep Halo sachets by my bed. It kicks in fast, and I even take it at work when I’m feeling stressed, it really helps! I’d highly recommend it when you’re feeling anxious and just need to relax!
