No Support, No Apology — Just Frustration

I deeply regret ever signing up for HandyPay (handypayhaiti.com). This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had with any financial service provider.

Their website promises convenience and fast processing, but in reality, nothing works as advertised. Transfers from one financial institution to another can take days, and none of their transactions are automated — everything is handled manually, which defeats the purpose of a digital payment platform.

When problems inevitably come up, getting help is an exhausting struggle. They fail to respond to support tickets — none of my tickets ever showed as resolved in their dashboard. To get any reply, I’ve had to repeatedly email, WhatsApp, and even call their international number just to reach someone.

It’s clear they ignore client messages for days while holding on to your money. And when they finally fix an issue (if they do), there’s no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. It feels more like dealing with a poorly run operation — at times it even feels suspicious, like they’re just sitting on clients’ money to keep it in their system longer.

I looked everywhere online for other reviews or user experiences but found nothing — this is the first review on Trustpilot, and unfortunately it’s not a good one. I would strongly advise anyone in Haiti (or elsewhere) to think twice before using HandyPay. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
