Wasted days
After a couple of days after making my order, I contacted the company for delivery information as I hadn't received any notification. They told me I should receive the order the next day. As I still hadn't received the order, I contacted the company again a couple more days along. Only then did I receive information that my order wasn't in stock and not likely to be available for another month. To their credit they offered and made a refund quickly but I had wasted a whole week.
