I loved the fast service and smooth delivery. We received a purchase confirmation but I would have loved to see some information as to when it would be delivered. So many businesses provide that service now (through the delivery service), I guess I'm a bit spoiled lol.

Exceptional company, it deserves more recognition!
I am a customer from outside of Germany (living in the UK). I ordered a few times and the orders arrived swiftly, without any problems. I also ordered recently a few products for my parents, who live in another European country, and I had to coordinate with Handelskantoor Baitz' customer service for the delivery details etc. The assistants were always very professional, helpful, kind and diligent. The delivery was smooth and the products are of high quality! I also would like to mention that this is the ONLY naturist medicines company in Europe where I could find to buy from an American brand of naturist products that are currently available only in USA. Thank you, HB! I highly recommend you to new potential customers!

I haven't received what I had ordered
I haven't received what I had ordered. I got a product which was not the one I wanted; it was similar but of much less value. I got cheated. I communicated my disappointment and this swindle. I got no response. So watch out when you order on this website. You might not get what you order and you might lose money. And there is absolutely no customer service.
