Sourdough is nothing like the pictures
Sourdough is nothing like the pictures, more like a white standard cob loaf.
Taken me to call and email constantly for some sort of response, final response was to send the bread back , pay for the postage and wait to see what they could do even though I’d sent pictures of the awful bread we’d received, not to mention that by this email, the bread had already been sitting at my cafe for two weeks.

Did not receive my order
Place my order online, paid the extra for special delivery which I all ways do every time I order. Didn’t receive my order after So I emailed on the Thursday to be told I wasn’t getting my order. We will not be using you again.

customer service where very helpful when my order never arrived.a replacement order was sent out.since being diagnosed with type 2 diabetis i find there low carb bread is delicious.and there low carb sausage rolls are to die for.plus spend over £20 & delivery is free would highly recommend
