A complete fraud

I still haven't received my order, which I paid in advance. On February 2, 2026, the manager promised me a refund within 2-5 days, but even after 10 days, I haven't received anything. My order has disappeared from the website, and no one from the contact center is responding to my inquiries anymore. It looks like a scam( complete fraud).This story is not about 5 euros but about 176 euros...even with 5 euros such a story is unexeptable!Watch out buying something in this web shop .

RETURNS you pay YOURSELF

It's very unclear that you are ordering from France, when you are actually on the .nl (!) webpage of the store. Also, any returns need to be paid by the customer and thus you pay a lot of money to ship back to France (from NL, in my case), which will be close to 15,- per package. If I'd known that, I wouldn't have ordered here.

This should be advertised MUCH better in my opinion. This feels sketchy.

return shipping to France paid by customer

Good choice of products, quite fast shipping, but beware returns shipping is paid by you as a customer. It stands in the terms you accept upon purchase and you need to send them back to France. For me it meant I needed to pay 20% of original product price to ship shoes back to get back remaining 80% for a products that I simply didn't like.

Very bad they dont deliver items on…

Very bad they dont deliver items on time and they dont even try to solve the problem all they can do is refund the money you paid what about the delay the cost of delay and not getting the order they say you will get your order in 3-4 days its month or more dont believe them
