Wouldn’t let me return an item stating…
Wouldn’t let me return an item stating that it was ‘bespoke’ but in the same email stated that items are made to a template. Unfortunately this is just a way round trading standards and getting money out of consumers. I emailed back explaining this and asked for a returns address and my email still hasn’t been replied to over 4 weeks later. Diabolical customer service and will not use again!

Yes I ordered the incorrect item still you refused a return - numerous companies sell items in different colours and sizes this doesn’t make an item ‘bespoke’. You haven’t replied to my emails so that is completely false information. I think you need to look at how you treat customers looking at these reviews as you have a lot of unhappy ones!

Completely Recommend ~ Beautiful Products made by Craftsman
First of all, I made an error on my initial order and they were quick to reply. Even though it was a bank holiday. The next day the issue was sorted and my order corrected. I just received my insert for my Strathberry Mosaic and it is fantastic. Very well made, wonderfully packaged. I put it straight away into my bag and just love it. I got mine with the insert on the bottom to help retain the shape of my bag. I am going to be ordering two more as well here soon. I highly recommend Handbag Angels. Thank you!

Good organiser but not good colour match
Nice organiser which fits really well in my new neverfull and fast delivery however, I don’t feel that the colour match is very good. The website says to choose nude Teddy for the beige interior of the neverfull however the insert is much more grey. I checked to see if I had been sent the correct colour but I was assured I was sent nude Teddy which is the closest colour. I did have to chase via email a couple of times for a response. They are well made but should be as these are on the pricey side.

Our Nude Teddy shade is the closest shade we can offer for the Beige interior of the Neverfull as you mention. This is our most popular neutral beige shade we offer and we apologise if the colour appears to be a grey shade to you. Thank you for complimenting us on how well made our liner is, we are very grateful for this. Regarding our prices, all our liners are bespoke, hand crafted and made to order by our own seamstresses in our premises in Lancashire and we feel our prices are commensurate with this. Longchamp Le Pliage Tote
Yet again HA ladies have created another beautiful insert for me, this time it was for my Longchamp Le Pliage Tote. Measurements are always spot on, plus with the added base shaper my LP no longer has a soggy bottom! The "Teddy" colour is the perfect colour and compliments the tote which I bought in the colour "paper". I reached out before my purchase as my previous discount voucher was no longer active. To my utter delight they honoured and updated the code! This left me feeling such a valued customer which sadly these days is becoming exceedingly rare. I will never purchase my inserts anywhere else, these are lovingly made and the quality is exceptional. No fuzzing of the felt over time and dispatched quickly considering these are made to order. I do find some of the negative reviews that have been left are rather unfair as this is a UK based company and international orders are obviously going to take longer!
If you are a handbag lover like me and only want the best, look no further darlings!🌸👜🌸
