今日本に一時帰国していますが、とても便利です！

カスタマーサポートは早いが間違いだらけでした。とても丁寧な日本語でメールでの対応をしてくれるのですが、サポートの女性はどうも扱っている自社のサービスを理解していないようで、その都度間違った情報をくれるので、大変な目に遭いました。別にそこまで丁寧でなくてもいい、きちんと的確かつ正確な情報を一度で教えてくれれば、私も面倒事にまきこまれることはなかったかと思います。

日本式のビジネスを展開するなら、サービスも日本式に正確なものがほしかった

They are seems helpful to start with. But the person reply by email (She is so call Customer support Leader.) Always gave me wrong information. I simply try to switch and transport the service to other wireless company. But she did not understand what she doing. PIN number and password require for the transport my number but she did not understand different between. Also I did bought plan from Hanacell were bushiness account which belong the name and account of HANACELL. But not only they did not explain the fact it is business account, I am not able to reach and access to my own sim card account. So I have depend on Hanacell for sim card info. But customer support woman pretty much kept gave me wrong information multiple time. What a waste of time and effort! But they simply said sorry But they Have done nothing almost.

If they running Japanese style business , I want them also provide Japanese style service!

I chose mibile portability once because I had a T-mobile number. I found out Hanacell doesn't have portability from T-mobile, and Hanacell kindly changed my plan to attaining a new number.

I am happy to have my Japanese phone number.

You can get Japanese cell phone number very easily. Great plan an service. I love it!

It's great that you don't have to commit for two years like any other cell phone services.

I changed to Hanacell since I wanna use my phone in the US and in Japan.
I got my new SIM card within two days and was able to use deta soon.

If you need a usual Japan phone number (like 090 xxxx xxxx), I’m sure JapanSIM offers the best price. I made phone calls several times and the sound quality is always great.

I bought sim card to go back to Japan temporarily. I haven't used it up to now,but it can use until 7GB of data in a month,and I can get Japanese cellphone number. I think that it is comfortable for me to use it. I expect that.

Great support and affordable monthly fee.
Because I got trouble in moving to another carrier from Hanacell, I tried to recover to Hanacell again. At then they totally supported to me.
Finally I've gotten line without problem.
I completely recommend Hanacell not only for Japanese but other country people.
Of course I can recommend affordable monthly price by T-Mobile network as well.

I use 29$ plan because I want to use instagram and snapchat with out wifi, but I can't use them. ( I can use only internet.) I'm not saying it's very slow. I can't use them at all.
Actually,29$ is really good price if I can use the apps. But I'm not sutisfied because I can't use them even though I pay 29$ each months. I wonder why I can't use them.

It was very good when I used this phone in Japan. it's very convinient when I travel to Japan.
