Our firm just completed out first case with Hana Capital and boy did we set them a challenge. It was an incredibly complex case involving foreign nationals, purchasing high value Central London property in a limited company name with complex source of wealth transactions so the client needed a bridging company which didn't rely on institutional funds. However, Hersh, Marta and Jasmine managed to work their magic to complete the bridge. The team is proactive at chasing for documents and so forth to ensure the deadlines were met. The only slight negative thing to comment are the solicitors instructed by them were a little prickly but given the complexity of the case, they probably had the right to ask a few more questions! Well done to everyone for seeing the case to completion. Thank you very much.
