I don’t normally write reviews but this company is a joke, I have no option but to write one so people don’t make the same mistake in ordering from them. Clearly a lot of people have had the same experience, I don’t understand how they are still going. They can update their story on Instagram to say they will respond to messages but don’t actually respond. I have tried messaging on Instagram and emailing them. I ordered in October 2019 and to date, I have had no response. I probably wouldn’t have written this review if they just had the courtesy to acknowledge my messages. I appreciate they might be busy but they shouldn’t take orders if they are not able to update customers on when they will receive their orders. Reading all the reviews, I can’t imagine how much they have stolen from people. I spent £67.99 on one abaya, that might not be a lot to them but it is to me!!!!

Update: Finally received the abaya on 03/04/2021!! Only 6 months late, would have preferred a full refund, was supposed to be a gift. Better than nothing I guess. I take my comments back about them stealing money. Hopefully everyone else got their orders too.

I’ve ordered from Hanaa Collection before and have had no issues until September 2020. I placed an order for the open feather abaya in September and they had charged me for it. 2 months went by and I didn’t receive my order, so I emailed them multiple times, in hopes to get a response, however they did not get back to me. Then recently, I checked out their Instagram and it seems that they are active on their stories but yet they don’t respond to emails? They have also turned off their Instagram comments so people cannot complain and warn others. They are currently advertising a ‘sale’ I’m assuming to lure in customers and steal their money.

Took my money 4 months ago. No delivery. No replies to my Numerous calls/emails/messages. Scammer! Reporting to the police

If I could give minus stars I would. I placed an order with them over 2 months ago, not once have I received an update, I’ve chased them up on my order on Instagram, Snapchat their email and on the website multiple times not once have I received a response absolutely appalled by their customer service and I’m going to take this further until I either get money back or my order.

Do not buy on this website, I ordered september 28th and I never received my order !! I placed 60€!!! They are not even answer to mail, dm... and they delete the comment on their photos
We are now 19th December and still have no response

I wish there was an option to give zero stars! Absolute disgrace of a company! After no update on my order, I tried to contact them several times and received no response. How can you be selling Islamic clothing and stealing hard earned money off your customers?? I don’t know why their business is still running and they’re getting away with it???!!!! Please everyone report the scum behind this company!!! Dirty rats! You deserve the absolute worst!!!!

0 stars, fraudulant website. Takes money and sends no items. No response when chasing for items. Had to contact my bank for a refund. Do not purchase from them.

I made an order in June for £95.48 GBP, which never shipped. The company has not responded to several emails, DMs on Facebook and Instagram, or comments on social media. They delete negative comments! I contacted the Citizens Advice Bureau and I'm trying to dispute the charge on my card.

Do not buy from this website. Still waiting (5weeks) and they've taken my money. Absolute disgrace!!!!

Do not buy from here! I wish I saw the reviews before we purchased. My sister made a large order in June and has not heard anything back from them even after sending multiple emails asking for an update! Please do not get scammed from them.

I like the others here ordered from the website on 10th june, still waiting and just like everyone no response. I dont know how they sleep at night. The thing that upsets me is my 16 year old daughter paid for this on her card for my birthday in june. She worked hard for her money and £69 is alot for a student. I wish i had read the reviews. We will be disputing this with the bank but i have reported them to trading standards today

FAKE COMPANY.. AVOID.. AVOID..AVOID!!... Wouldn't even give a 0 Star Rating. Order never recived. Now been chasing over a month for updates of and dispatch confirmation. This merchant never gets back to messages, dispite sending number of emails, online message portal and DMs on Instagram. After leaving negative feedback on the merchants instergram page, merchant straight away deleted these and blocked me from posting any comments.

Payment dispute has opened with my Bank, they have pulled money from your account. PLEASE BE AWARE - 90% Trust Pilot Reviews are negative for a reason. I will be reporting your business to Trading Standards

I purchased 2 abayas from this company. I have yet to receive either. Initially I sent an email requesting an update and was told that the orders were in production and would be shipped shortly. The email was signed by 'x'. I sent another email 2 weeks later and got no response. This was followed by 2 more emails with a request of a contact person and still no response. I went back to their website which now states that they have 'temporarily' closed the site in an effort to catch up on orders. I should have read the reviews before purchasing! Will be filing a dispute with my credit card company!

Scammers! Do not order from this fraud company. They take your money but won’t send out what you’ve ordered. They fail to respond back to emails, dms and delete comments from their Instagram page. Absolutely disgusting!

First order was delayed during pandemic but I was happy with the dresses initially. So I made a second order. Its been 8 weeks, they dont respond to emails at all. lost my order number and they used that to ignore me. In the end, I got a refund via my bank. DISGRACEFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE. They must have payed for followers on social media.

Very poor customer services. I bought an abaya it was delayed and I said that’s okay due to current pandemic and when it arrived the abaya was short and so tight around the bust. I used the chart they had on the website and it came out completely wrong. Customer services was atrocious they took forever to reply to my emails and still waiting for a reply back. This whole website is a scam and they probably used fake people to try on their products. I think you all should call the bank claiming this is scam and get your money back because this website violated my rights as a customer.

I wouldn't give this business one star. I ordered an abaya and was told delivery would take two weeks. When I didn't receive the abaya I contacted Hanaa collection who told me that there would be a slight delay. I accepted this, it was only after another two weeks passed that I again got in touch with them. I sent emails, had to leave comments on their instagram which they deleted and received no response. I recieved my abaya 3 months later without notice and it only had embroidery on one sleeve and did not have pockets. I didn't even bother requesting a refund because I was certain I wouldn't receive one and didnt want to go through the hassle of chasing it up.
To summarise do not buy from this business, from the poor customer service to the lack of communication and the huge delay in getting your abaya it is not worth the stress you WILL go through.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Do NOT buy from this company as I have never seen such TERRIBLE customer service skills. They’ve taken the money straight from the time I placed an order but never replied to a single email from the countless of emails I sent to make a specific change in an order. They have an Instagram page that makes them look reputable but honestly it’s seems as they pay influencers to make their company look good. They are by far the worst modest line business to ever exist with their lack of responses and their over exorbitant prices. I ordered, fully expecting to wait several weeks for them to “produce” the order but their lack of customer service skills is not tolerable AT ALL, and makes me question if they’re a legit company at all.

They are by the WORST company I’ve ever placed an order with. They do not respond to emails and aren’t addressing issues as quickly enough. Good luck in ever getting your money back if you place an order. All the good reviews they post on their websites may be legit but I can sense there are more bad than good reviews that they do not post.

Forget ever getting a response or your money back. I specifically asked to cancel an order and they asked me to verify to cancel the order, which is stupid in my opinion considering the customer asked to cancel the order. They haven't responded and I have no idea what happens to the amount I paid. I'll be escalating this situation to the authorities. I'm done with this company.

i never write reviews but i just felt i need to warn others who might want to buy from this company. they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. they ignore all emails and dms, i never recieved information/updates on my order for 3 MONTHS!
Luckily they refunded my money but didn’t give me any reason as to why they couldn’t ship my item to me. So unprofessional :/
