Absolutely great software and excellent customer service, period.

My defect Epson WF-7515 could not used wit Epson Software. Now I installed VueScan, I Can easily Scan Large Formats like A3 (8.5 x 11 in.) VueScan saves money, I need not to buy a new Scanner.

Initially it worked really reliably (under Windows 11).
Then after a program update about a year ago it started to crash frequently.
Also it made the scanner (HP Envy 5544) lock up so I need to turn it off and restart each time I start scanning.
So I was quite disappointed.
Recently the program somewhat improved but is still crashing from time to time and regularly locking up the scanner.

Great to have people creating these kinds of software to be able to run 'old school' machine like the NIKON Coolscan V ED from 2004. Often the hardware survives but are not being supported any longer.
Thanks to Hamrick Software I can keep digitalizing old dia's. Good work!

I've been using Vuescan for over a decade and it's never let me down. It is user friendly, yet powerful, and gets better every year. The customer service is exceptional; whenever I have a problem and email Mr. Hamrick, he gets back to me right away. I have other scanning software but stopped using them because Vuescan gives me everything I need.

Did'nt think I could get my Reflecta 7200 scanner going again ,£400 or so to buy now.My computor man had no luck but I'm fully operational now.

I’ve said it before but Vuescan is one of the most useful pieces of software that I use. It means I can use my excellent Minolta neg scanner (it is very old with a SCSI-USB adapter!). Invaluable.

I've been using Vuescan for a decade with both flatbed and slide scanners. No issues!

Works great with my Epson V600. So much better than the software that came with it. Don't need the frame masks to hold negatives or slides. Best of all it automatically accommodates any size film as well as multiple sizes in the same scan.

Vuescan is a really handy app. I use it to import from three different scanners, and for old precious photos to boring invoices. It has all the bells and whistles I need for this. Also they update the software frequently. Their manual is good, and they are responsive also to email questions.

I have first purchased VueScan soon after its creation, and already at the time it was special. Allowing to easily use various scanners and often far better than the limited software of the scanner’s brand. Today this versatility is still true, and the software has kept pace with really useful technological developments, without the clogging and slowing-down by silly bells and whistles that are a bane of too many programmes on offer. Highly recommended.

I've been using VueScan for close to 20 years, on many versions of macOS, with several scanners. It supports so many scanners. We purchased it for our local historical society, of which I am president. It handles all sorts of scans beautifully.

I have used VueScan for many years now and never left a review.It is a versatile, user-friendly app that I use regularly to scan decades of film from 4x5 negatives to 35mm slides. I have an Epson V850 Pro and Nikon Cool Scan LS-9000, both work seamlessly with the program. The upgrades received have each been very useful. If they made a User Guide video with TOC, I would buy it for the functions that I use intermittently. Thank you for keeping the app current!

I've been using VueScan for over a decade. It has kept my ancient all-in-one printer usable. There is good flexibility in customizing inputs and outputs, but I use it mostly just for basic document scanning.

Great software, allows continued use of legacy scanners on my mac. Good image adjustment options, regular updates.
