Very happy with the service received, from the initial enquiry, through to completing the installation of a new Worcester boiler and roof flue, including all the pipework changes. Thank you to Dylan and the team.

Our boiler had broken down, Dylan and Ollie were able to come that same afternoon and fix the issue.

Had an old boiler system replaced with combi boiler also other plumbing jobs all done within four days. They were friendly, tidy, punctual, & communicated throughout which made the job run smoothly, a very good job done at a good price

Dylan and Ollie fitted a new boiler for us. They worked very efficiently and were friendly and courteous at all times. Disruption was minimal and everything was tidy on completion. They also provided good advice on aftercare.

My boiler service was completed very efficiently and in a timely manner. The spare parts required were obtained immediately by one of the engineers and the job completed in one visit. The engineers were very respectful and left the work area clean and tidy. A job well done.

Dylan responded to my call for help after my boiler threw up an error code.
He fixed problem without having to wait for replacement part.
Will definitely use his services again.

Great service, messaged about the pipes in our house making an awful noise. They arranged an appointment swiftly. When they came out they were polite, helpful and well informed. They also got on with identifying the problem and fixing it to ensure the call out fee covered the labour. Very impressed and won’t hesitate to call out again.

The best plumbing company we have ever used. Dylan responded immediately to our boiler breakdown, created space in his diary to help, was efficient, hard working, friendly and experienced. We have used many plumbers over the years, but we have struck gold with Hampshire Heating and others do not measure up to this standard.

Dylan came around to give my boiler its yearly service and as always was on time and totally professional.
