Quite disappointed
Was quite disappointed that the cellophane wrap was not separate and was taped with brown tape! not convenient at all. bow was way too small and looked awful for the large hamper

Hi Danielle, many thanks for I’m sorry to hear that you’re disappointed. I’ve checked and we don’t have any emails or call log to advise that you weren’t happy with the bow. You ordered a hamper kit where you open and assemble again.
The cellophane wrap is added to the hamper and it’s just taped to the back with brown eco tape. This allows the Customer to easily take off the cellophane add the products and add it back on to the hamper while keeping the hay in place while in transit, with regards to the bow.
You may receive the wrong bow the one designated for a smaller hamper or medium size if that’s the case could you please get in contact with us? We would be more than happy to send you a big bow- happy Easter.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed.
I’ve checked your order with us, and it was placed as a standard hamper without a gift card added at checkout. Gift cards are an optional extra, so if one isn’t selected, the hamper is sent without a message enclosed.
It’s also possible there may have been some confusion with another order placed with a different company, as we can only include a card when one is added during the ordering process. This is the first time I’ve heard that the card was missing, but I have emailed you the confirmation email again, you would receive this at the time of ordering this shows that no card was added. To clarify a few important points for transparency:
Our hampers are not “thrown together.” Each hamper is carefully packed by hand and contains the exact items shown on the product image, or a like-for-like substitute where clearly stated and subject to availability. Items such as the Lindor chocolates shown in the image are included as pictured.
We have checked your order confirmation for Order #24604, which was emailed to you immediately after checkout. No greeting card or message was selected or purchased with this order, so unfortunately no card could have been omitted. The confirmation email provides customers with the opportunity to review all details and contact us straight away if anything is incorrect.
Regarding the packaging, we have no record of any contact by email or phone to report damage on delivery. If we had been notified, we would have immediately arranged collection and either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. We always stand over our products and our service.
It’s disappointing to receive a one-star review without being given the opportunity to put things right, as customer care is extremely important to us. We will re-send your order confirmation for your reference, which clearly shows no card was added to the order.
