Hamperapp is awesome. I’ve used them twice now to wash large comforters that won’t fit in my machine. They have a ton of availability when it comes to pick up and drop off times and can get it done in as little as a day or two. Super reliable and my stuff comes back so fresh. They even give you a giant green bag that fits a good three queen size comforters. I love Hamperapp!

The convenience was nice and my clothes were clean. I’d say it was worth the price I paid, however, I actually tried multiple times to cancel the order and the app wouldn’t allow me to cancel. There is a button to cancel but it did not work. Also they lost a few shirts and two pairs of shorts and there isn’t any way on the app to handle this situation. It’s a good idea but it needs work.

Nice to see that a company do great work and on time + very friendly and well worth it.

No more worrying about having to do laundry on the weekend or ironing or having to go to the cleaners to take the clothes. My clothes comes back in perfect order, I like the way the pack the different items.
