Really disappointed.
A) Cancelled my belt order without previous communication. I would have chosen a different color that was in stock. I don't want to pay over 40€ in shipping just for another belt.
B) Crockett & Jones Odd Stock shoe was used!
It was not labeled used in the item description.
You can clearly see the toe indentations in the shoes and smell that the shoes have been used.
Furthermore there were no shoe bags included as it's usual with Crockett & Jones shoes

Thank you for your prompt response. I understand that we sent a notification indicating the belt was out of stock; however, regrettably, someway you did not receive this notification.
Regarding our Odd Stock collection; All pairs are new but may have been tried on or have minor variations in color/cosmetic defect.
We always perform a check on the shoes before sending them to the customer, and it's not something we've noticed - that the shoes would have been used.
You are warmly welcome to contact us for further discussion and resolution.

Amazing service, very easy to use website, good description of products, nice suggestions for (shoe) accessories, and very attractive prices.
The customer service is fantastic, very personal and warm, and helpful prior to and after placing an order.
Slightly slower delivery but this was more to do with UPS than with Hammargruppen (and shipping from Sweden to the UK), but the delivery itself was very good with contents well packaged safely.
I love that there is a hand-signed Hammargruppen card inside the shoe box indicating a named staff member has overseen and packed the shoes before shipping.
Absolutely recommend Hammargruppen!
