STAY AWAY! They will not offer nor allow you to return items that don’t fit or live up to their picture!! How can you trust a clothing store that doesn’t allow for items not to fit? They also claim to be based in SC which is not true.

VERY UNHAPPY! Size is 2x the size that I ordered, and the quality is terrible. I have requested 5 times for return info for my refund of $151.00.

Each time they responded, I responded with a "NOT ACCEPTABLE" return amounts.
$18.00 the first, $25.00 the second, $50.00 the third, $80.00 the fourth. If I had known that it was going to be this hard to return and that my order was coming from a Comany in Dubai..I would not have ordered from this company. They're trying to barter with my return!
I Explained that the advertisement stated that Valanio was in South Carolina and when I finally received an address to return, The response email gave me an address of No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - UAE +852 81990571.
My Local USA Post office said that the address invalid! It appears that they are going by several company names when advertising their clothing!

I bought three shirts in USA and to return them company would not give return authorization after numerous e-mails and gave an out of the USA address to return. Do not by from TLUSE.

very happy with the quality of fabrics and style. i love the style. it’s exactly as shown. I will definitely order again I wish the delivery is sooner. It seems the standard time frame from the order date is 5-6 weeks.

I love my new dresses. The quality is good. I was anxious about the delivery process as I only received the notice that shipping label was created. There were never any updates that the item ever shipped.

I wore the dress for my birthday party and everyone raved about it!

1st time ordering. Dress was ugly as opposed to the picture not even the same color. Small size was rather large. I have been trying to get a return label for 4 days and they keep offering me different refunds all I want to do is send the stuff back that I can't use.
